I remember my sister played that song a lot when I was little.I think about her every time I hear that song. She pass away 7 years ago. Haven't heard that song in long long time.

I love all this older music. It gives a good grounding for Lilly as to where modern music has evolved from and what it has evolved into, and maybe she can start a movement later in life to bring music back to its roots. Has Lilly heard any Cilla Black or any Petula Clarke. It does get any better.

Not familiar with this lady , heard of her (thought Skeeter Davis was a guy) but not her music. Has a great vocal. I have heard this song played by Herman's Hermits. Both of you enjoy your day, till next time . (very soon because got behind)

Another great song by a female singer from the 60's is Shelley Fabares and her song Johnny Angel. May be a great tune to check out!
Johnny Angel is another song on that Carpenters medley I mentioned, I'll see if I can get round to showing Lilly that one.
