10th gen 1997-2003 5.4l 2v 11th gen 2004-08 5.4l 3v 4 speed 12th gen 2009-14 6 speed across the board (5.4l ended in 2010 in place for 5.0, 6.2 v8s, and the 3.5 dual turbocharged v6) 13th gen 2015-2020 added 10 speed for 2017 and new 2.7 twin turboed v6 but dropped the 6.2 from the f150. 14th gen 2021-present return of the 12th gen taillights but with LEDs and 5.0l gets cylinder deactivation, new power boost TT hybrid v6 and a new 5.2 supercharger in the raptor R coming in 2023 MY.
Ok this is what im saying. The 8th Gen and 9th GEN when timed seems to get above 6.5. Its like when it hits 80 the machine reads 60 and thats like way off. Also the 5th Gen was a pure beast. But I just said this would be Ford Bias. I counted a second quicker a few times. Idk lol
What's the mpgs with that setup? My neighbor has the 2021 fx4 lariat crew cab 5 ft bed with the 3.5 twin turboed v6 but I don't know the 0-60 and mpgs.
My 2021 rcsb fx4 5.0 did 0-60 in 5 seconds flat and 1/4 mile in 13.5 seconds also with 3:73 all stock. Now it does 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and 1/4 mile in 11.5 seconds. Here's my F-150 m.th-cam.com/video/a0zbdJ7FhY0/w-d-xo.html
@@brandedmcgowan9414 I always drive on “Normal” and I get a combined 16.6mpg on freeway and street use. I rarely use the freeway though because my job is close to home. I did have a 1,800 mile round trip about a month ago and I got 19.9mpg.
@@TheCOWBOYRANCHER damn good average. Once the break-in mileage in effect it's gonna get better than now and doing a double nickel gets the max mpgs if you just cruising.

10th, 11th, and 12th could’ve had 4.6L Triton also. Anytime a 5.4 was offered, so was the 4.6.

Uh 18-20s were a thing you know. 3.5l was greatly improved and the 5.0 received slight improvements, and the transmission was improved.
