- The Ventura County Fair. “The Country Fair with Ocean Air” in Ventura runs August 2 - August 13, 2023 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds with carnival rides, food booths, concerts, exhibits, agricultural shows and more! This year’s theme ‘ The Time of Your Life.”

Season Passes: $48
Children 5 & under: FREE
Children 6-12: $10
Adults (13-64): $15
65 or better: $10
Fairgoers ages 100 and over shall be admitted to the Fair for free, with proper identification.
FAIR ENTRY: The Garden Street entrance will be closed this year for the safety and security of Fairgoers. All Fair attendees must enter through the front Main Gates of the Fairgrounds. Please keep this in mind when choosing your parking location. Several free park and ride locations are available to serve you.

Wednesday, August 2: Fair opens at 12pm, closes at 11pm
Thursday, August 3: Fair opens at 1pm, closes at 11pm
Friday, August 4: Fair opens at 1pm, closes at 11pm
Saturday, August 5: Fair opens at 12pm, closes at 11pm
Sunday, August 6: Fair opens at 12pm, closes at 11pm
Monday, August 7: Fair opens at 1pm, closes at 11pm
Tuesday, August 8: Fair opens at 11am, closes at 11pm
Wednesday, August 9: Fair opens at 1pm, closes at 11pm
Thursday, August 10: Fair opens at 1pm, closes at 11pm
Friday, August 11: Fair opens at 1pm, closes at 11pm
Saturday, August 12: Fair opens at 12pm, closes at 11pm
FINAL DAY - Sunday, August 13: Fair opens at 12pm, closes at 11pm
Exhibit buildings will close at 10:00 pm nightly; Adventures in Shopping will close at 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 10:30 pm Friday through Sunday. Admissions will be sold from opening until 10:00 pm nightly.
Commercial Buildings - Adventures in Shopping & Seaside Pavilion Closing Time:
Open Monday-Thursday until 10pm
Open Friday-Sunday until 10:30pm
Concession Stand Closing Time:
Outside stands remain open until 11pm
Midway Closing Time:
Main Midway closes no later than midnight and not before 11pm

PRCA RODEO
$5 per seat (Rodeo ticket required in addition to Fair admission ticket)
Friday, August 11 - 7:00pm
Saturday, August 12 - 2:00pm & 7:00pm
Sunday, August 13 - 2:00pm & 7:00pm
Rodeo admission ticket must be purchased in addition to a Ventura County Fair admission ticket. No rodeo entry without a ticket. Rodeo tickets are specific to the date and time of show selected. Tickets cannot be used for any other show. Rodeo tickets must be purchased online; no tickets will be sold at the Fair. Seating is first come, first served with ticket.
Parking at the Ventura County Fair is $20.00 per car. Parking at the Fairgrounds is limited. Free shuttle buses are provided. Please refer to the Transportation page for more information on all shuttle, train, and buses services.

I like looking at all the displays the best.
At 14:44 on your video is my mom’s display. It was a family effort but her idea. The vest in the back is mine. The bag is my daughter’s and a couple of the lanyards on the side are ours too. Most of the rest are my mom’s and dad’s collections.
It is so cool to see her display out of all the ones there!

Simi born and raised. Spend half my time in Simi, and in the Valley. Yes! Knott's at least once a week.... and Universal and Magic Mountain! LOL Sometimes Disneyland! HAHA!

Sorry! I try to cover as much as possible. There were quite a few people inside the gallery when we were in there, so it was hard to film and I didn't want to disrupt others. I always really enjoy looking at the photography! Thanks for watching!
