Yes, she can! At her best, Femke Bol is capable of almost anything she puts her mind to. With hard work, she eventually came to achieve one of her goals - which every athlete dreams of
Now, she’s among those at the top of the sport, and is one of the strongest competitors in the 400 meters hurdles, where she is the 2023 World Champion, and in the 400-meters sprint, where she is the 2024 World Indoor Champion.
As a matter of fact, Femke Bol is a class apart at 400 meters in Europe over hurdles and on the flat. The Dutchwoman has improved significantly since taking bronze in the 400m hurdles at Tokyo 2020, and is now a genuine challenger to reigning Olympic champion and world record holder Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone at Paris 2024.
#femkebol, the 24-year-old Dutch prodigy, has blazed the trail on the #trackandfield having won two world championship titles, three Diamond League finals, and two world indoor championships and she is just getting started in track and field. She made the headlines during the 2020 Tokyo #Olympics as she secured a spot on the podium, closely chasing the likes of Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Dalilah Muhammad.

i agree what spetacular physical specimens i love watching them run . Especially since i broke both legs as a kid and can barely walk now but it is a joy to see them streak around with such grace and power it really is beautiful

I hope Femke beats Sydney in Paris. She's such a nice person and she deserves her moment. Sydney will go on to break many more records and win many championships, if she chooses to compete, but if anyone can beat her, it's going to be Femke Bol.

The creator of this video is intentionally trying to cause unnecessary arguments and debates. Femke is definitely a great athlete which is fawned over by her most recent awesome accomplishments. Sydney is hardly even mentioned at all in this video.
However, when Sydney is on the track ... Femke is not even close to her. Sydney is a class act, a true professional which will always continue to dominate Bol and doesn't fall on her face at the finish line.
