  • High matt moss colored paint. Water soluble to easily tone back effects for the perfect result.

    Just got a small bottle of this stuff. Do you have any tips for how to get the brighter green? I tried thinning with water and applying but a lot of mine comes through as a very dark green.

      Absolutely! Dirty Down settles a LOT and if its not thoroughly mixed you'll get what looks like a dark green wash. Shake well after the ball bearing rattles and then scrape the bottom with a brush. Shake again and you're good to go. If you can scrape anything from the bottom, its not mixed enough.
      Once its mixed, water will push the greens into very bright green or even to white depending on your application.

      @@Gobble_inz The point about the ball bearing was super helpful. I wasnt hearing anything other than liquid when mixing. I scraped the bottom (freeing the bearing) and am getting a much better result

    would love to see this and progression shots from not just birds eye view. I bought these for basing on Bushido models. How does it go on brown bases and grey rocks?
