Negan is not a Psychopath by any meaningful definition. At best he is a Sociopath as Psychopaths are born by nature and Sociopaths are made by situations and nurture. And as we saw in here's Negan he was definitely nothing if not a empathy possessing person if there ever was one. In fact he goes through perhaps the most emotions and emotional trauma of any character on the show and is the most changed by it for the bad and then later for the good. He has character development that a Psychopath is simply not capable of. Also Polygyny is a legitimate form of marriage nor some sort of sexual deviance like pedophilia or rape. Having one wife that dies of cancer and having plural wives is not having many short term marriages. Serial divorce and remarriage is. Which ironically is seem as acceptable practice in America. 😄

There is no such thing as genetic psychopathy. Psychopathy is still taken as a mental disorder by the medical/psychological fields.
