Excellent! When I saw Crepe, I was thinking about food. I was surprised to find that it was for Textiles! Your skills in editing still far surpasses any other site including masking for welds!
I don't believe I've seen on of these before. I'm pretty sure my Grandmother would talk about all these diffrent Machines that my Great Great Grandparents would talk about. To understand this my Grandmother was raised by her Grandparents because my Great Grandmother passed away when my Grandmother was only 12 yrs old. Thank you so much for Sharing your Amazing passion with us. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Another excellent restoration. I really like your attention to the detail work. Also, the gold accent paint really adds to the attractiveness of the press. I think many restorers would have avoided this project because of broken and missing parts. I'm glad it was restored by such capable restorers. Thanks and smiles from the USA.
Another beautiful restoration. So complete and well done.Having the history and use explainedwas very worth while. I'm a fan of North Brothers and have several push action Yankee screwdrivers from the late 1800s I still use. Stanley tools would eventually take over the Yankee brand
Excellent machine and so wonderfully restored indeed !! Maybe you could also make Pasta Plissée with it ?! Round shapes, plissée and than fill them with different kinds of cheese. Or spinache with cheese. ;-) And stick them together. Voilà !
Congratulations Radek and Veronica, for yet another sensational restoration, the care with which the restoration is carried out is wonderful. A hug my friends.
What a delightfully weird piece of equipment you've found to restore. Also, powder coat for the win... The gold trim was nice as well. Another satisfying video.
Boomer vet here. Love these mechanical restores ( better looking than when it left the factory ) This is one of those "what the heck is it & what does it do?" that isn't revealed til the very end of episode. Thx.
I have never seen anything like this before. Another amazing restoration. You are a true craftsman the way you can make parts out of blank pieces of steel. I hope you and your family are doing well Radek. I wish you all the best. ~Kevin
Oh wow, how cool! Had no idea what is was or used for, but what a cool restoration. And as an aside, if any of my instruments (Bassoon & Saxophones) ever need metal working, I want you to do it! Your attention to detail is remarkable. Loved seeing all the little editing 'magic' as well. Always wonderful to see Veronica at the end, I love her explanations, she is so clear and fun to listen to. Thank you again for posting, you are the BEST!!!
@@ronm3245 Oh goodness! No, my bassoons are wood; the 'new one' (built in 1986) is maple and the 'old one' (built in 1900) I think is cherry. Not sure about that, but it is a fun horn to play! I wonder of the one you saw was from the Boehm system? The story I heard (back in grad school) was Boehm presented a new fingering system at the World Exhibition in London 1851, but the keywork made more noise than the instrument! Still, a metal bassoon ... (>.
Nothing is made of high quality any more bur here you have displayed the unique features of this forgotten technology . Thank you for this dear people and happy holidays to you and your family's.
Thank you so much for using black and gold; and for the golden ornaments you did all by hand. and the repair of the broken cast-iron lever turned out to be excellent, the repair is not recognizable.👍 I love that you use the old screws or make new ones in the old style. the descriptions and historical data at the end are once again so educational and informative. Thanks a lot for this. stay healthy and have a peaceful Christmas time. Warm greetings
what a beautiful object and restored to perfection by our true artisan radek another triumph my friend and lovely history lesson by Mrs veradona as always thanks both of you.
❤ Thank you for this beautiful video! I liked it, the little rigging style "magic wand of the Vera fee" for the weeds😉..I also liked the final explanation, with the demonstration..it was necessary.
How ironic that this machine was made by the North Bros. Mfg. Co. I was at an antique mall earlier today and saw a North Bros. "Yankee" push drill. Very beautiful restoration.
As always another AMAZING restore! I was saying the samething Southgate was saying, "What is it for?" Well, now we know. Love the restore videos and how you demonstrate how they work. Can't wait for the next one.
Loving the magic, and your work is always awesome, keep up the good work, and all those gadgets that will never be used again, but things we can see from back in the day ..........
Interesting device. One of my favorite parts of these videos is the review at the end. I wish I spoke Czech so I could understand and I appreciate the subtitles.
So well done, I love to see your restorations. Veronica's explanations of the restored items are so educational. Thank you. I do miss her cooking videos and hope she does more soon.
Not an easy item to restore yet, as usual, you did so masterfully. I'm always pleased to see you powder coat. You wife has become a very good spokesperson. Happy holidays.
We had no idea what this was going to turn out to be. I agree with another one of your viewers I thought the crepe meant food. Lol. Great job as always. Great editing. The best editing I have seen on TH-cam by the way. Keep up the good work. And thanks for the lesson at the end Veronica!
BRAVO!!!!
I have seen all of your videos and every one is so interesting. There is several presenters out there but all their work is very crude and there is no time spent on the real restoration processes. I can’t wait to see your next project! Great work and your wife is a great historian on these projects.
Greetings from Petersburg! Great job, Radek. Very beautiful. And the device is very useful. Pleated and fabric, and paper, and thin metal. And if you heat the rollers even more, you can make waffles and chips. Be healthy, dears and peace to you!
Amazing. The whole video I was saying to myself,” what is it for? what is it for!” Another stunning restoration
I really appreciate your end of the video explanation of the project that were just shown.
I'm glad, thank you :)
Excellent! When I saw Crepe, I was thinking about food. I was surprised to find that it was for Textiles! Your skills in editing still far surpasses any other site including masking for welds!
I thought food too. I totally forgot crepe paper existed.
@@Michigan_Tactical I guess you and I are Hungry for this site?
I love that little swivel clamp! What a cool gadget for keeping those starched fashion accessories crisp and fresh.
Thank you. :)
Happy holidays from Shane & Helen in Oklahoma, USA.

I’m so happy that your wife explains the machine’s use as part of your videos! She’s lovely- reminds me of Sophia Loren --oh la la😊

Do you have a metal bassoon? I saw one online, from the late 1800s, French system. I bet it sounds terrible.

Love how the mystery of each restoration resolves at the end of each video! 👍🏻
Pekná práca. Nemám čo vytknúť. Čudujem sa, čo Amíci kedysi dokázali vymyslieť.
