Hi Ladies: My youngest daughter and a friend both told me to watch you two in December. Now first of all I didn”t know anything about You Tube let alone flosstube until they pushed me. Didn’t know cross stitching was such a big thing even though I have been doing it since the late 80’s. Prairie Schooler, Blackbird, magazines, Stoney Creek, etc have been my thing and then in the two thousands that same friend had me doing Little House Needleworks also. Since I started watching have watched every one of your episodes 3 times and some Several times like the tribute to Barb Allen. Brenda, I was born on Father”s Day the same year as your mother and also have two daughters. Laura ,I so admire your mother taking up cross stitching. I am a reader, quilter, wool appliqués, embroider stitcher, avid reader and cross stitcher which I starter after getting tired of needlepoint in the 80’s. Ladies like you say “ Blackbird”, GGR are your comfort designers you two have become my comfort watch when having a bad day. Thank you so very much.

WOW....loved seeing your Market Haul...I love collecting & studying all the charts, whether I ever get them all stitched or not! I thought I was finished with Market charts until I saw this video, then I saw several more (that the two of you bought) that I think I HAVE to have! I didn't think the public could go to Market - thought it was only for designers/shop owners etc. The William Morris fabric is called the Strawberry Thief.

I watched this a few days ago, but did not have time to comment. So I have come back to say Wow and again, tremendous. I love all of the charts you showed from Market, the beautiful fabric, and all of that. And I look forward to seeing the things that are still to come! I was so thrilled to see that Fox and Rabbit were able to visit - that is Karen and Bren, of course. I first got wind of it on their instagram account, and saw lovely photos and two of my favorite YT channel people getting together and having such a good time - very fun. Which brings me to one more thing which is one of the wonders of TH-cam: it's the community that is possible to establish through videos only. Few of your 16k subscribers have met you in person, yet I bet that every one of us feels as if we know you and we look forward to seeing you whenever you put a video up. Same with Karen and Bren - we feel a connection even though half the globe separates us. That community comes about because of YOU TWO and the other charming YT people - you create a friendly and generous atmosphere which is so attractive, it draws us in. Thanks so much for all of your videos and all of what you do to entertain, inspire, instruct, and connect.
I finally got to sit and stitch and watch this flosstube from beginning to end (I only made it through halfway twice before and was interrupted). Love love love your time with us. I live in the center of the “thumb” of Michigan and we saw our first robin and red wing blackbird about two weeks ago. Gave us hope that spring weather isn t too far off. 😊 I have some new releases you showed but oh want so many more!
Oh you two! I was doing well, went to my southern LNS, I’m from the north so have a Northern LNS as well and got what I thought was a reasonable amount of charts, linen and thread. AND then I watched you two. I might have to go on hiatus from watching you two, no I’m not that’s just one big story I am telling myself. I got all “ hepped” up again. You are so good for the stitching community, thank you for your videos. I think I’m too old for a job but I might have to go and look for one or….go to my children for handouts!!

I love watching you two and I have a question from one of your older videos. I put a question in that one, also, but wasn't sure you would ever see it. Brenda showed a finish of the Saltbox Quilt Sampler in episode#31 but I couldn't see who published it, and you didn't say. Put the title thru Everything Cross Stitch and couldn't find it. And I know Cathy and Nancy at Inspired needle say they need the publisher/designer to find it. Can you help me?

Love love love your time with us. I live in the center of the “thumb” of Michigan and we saw our first robin and red wing blackbird about two weeks ago. Gave us hope that spring weather isn t too far off. 😊 I have some new releases you showed but oh want so many more!
Oh you two! I was doing well, went to my southern LNS, I’m from the north so have a Northern LNS as well and got what I thought was a reasonable amount of charts, linen and thread. AND then I watched you two. I might have to go on hiatus from watching you two, no I’m not that’s just one big story I am telling myself. I got all “ hepped” up again. You are so good for the stitching community, thank you for your videos. I think I’m too old for a job but I might have to go and look for one or….go to my children for handouts!!

Girls.... happy spring! You both got some great haul! Sooo inspiring . I saw a few things that tempted m3 but so happy with my preorder from DTS. Mary Starkey is a huge commitment but sis and I are determined to finish her. Plus the Williamsburg getaways are so nice! I love watching you two and I have a question from one of your older videos. I put a question in that one, also, but wasn't sure you would ever see it. Brenda showed a finish of the Saltbox Quilt Sampler in episode#31 but I couldn't see who published it, and you didn't say. Put the title thru Everything Cross Stitch and couldn't find it. And I know Cathy and Nancy at Inspired needle say they need the publisher/designer to find it. Can you help me?

Wonderful selection of Market haul, ladies! My early orders arrived a while ago, and I'm happily waiting for an order from Needle and Flax. I have seen so many more great things that I'm going to put in additional orders from shops. I'm back to working on Annie Bayliss by HATS. Hoping to finish soon so I can add in something very spring inspired to my rotation!
