I have a journal where I write everything I'm thinking. I do it because it allows me to sort through my thoughts and usually calms me down if I'm feeling anxious. I actually use sketch books for my writing because I like having the freedom to write however big or small I want depending on how I'm feeling that day. It's not exactly like your morning pages because I write in it whenever but I feel like I get similar results! Thanks for sharing!
It has been a while (almost a year) since I started Journaling and I'm still writing daily about everything that happens to me every day.. It's not necessary to write in the morning or in the afternoon or whenever..your purpose from writing is also of no importance.. The most important thing is to write whatever you want... Personally, I'm writing in order to improve my English writing skills especially that I'm not a native English speaker.. So I have to commit to daily Journaling And you who is reading this comment, start writing right now and you'll notice the difference 😽💕❤️
Yay thanks for the motivation Randa! I'm also thinking of whether I should do morning pages at night or in the morning... maybe both. There are no rules!
You can journal anytime. Morning pages need to be in the morning. Hence the name. That way you’re not influenced by things that happened during your day.
I started this just now, i started off by writing the date and boom I just filled SIX pages because I couldn't stop writing, my mind was so clear, I also do this before I go to bed because it cleared my brain and I got a much better sleep♡ thank you for this video!! I just subscribed💙
Yes! Self-Criticism packs my brain and takes up too much space. I can see this practice being INCREDIBLY helpful for brains like mine with The ADHD superpower. We have too many thoughts going too fast. Morning pages could absolutely help free up some precious real-estate up there!
I love how you emphasised the beauty in the habit itself rather than the act of writing. When I started a habit of reading and writing every morning, I initially would beat myself up when I had a bad day and could only read a couple of pages and write a few lines, this would keep happening until I discovered the quote from Aristotle "The whole is greater than the sum of it's parts". Thank you for sharing such valuable tips Amy :)
My current "mindset struggle" is the option of not doing my work "good enough". I've got a great job opportunity lined up and the closer I get to the starting date, the more "What-if-I'm-not-as-good-as-they-think-I-am" thoughts my brain generates in the morning. Though logically I recognize that these are just Imposter Syndrome thoughts, they still need "a place to live" as you phrased it. I already write every day in my 5-minute journal, I'll try to use this technique as well. Thanks!
Your videos have been so helpful for a young person chasing their dreams of becoming a recording artist. I’ve been so much more focused, and using you mantra, “good morning, good life.” Thank you Amy!
Love how you said that your morning pages are usually illegible and not always in full sentences. I have been watching a few videos on morning pages and in a lot of them people sit down and use beautiful fountain pens to write down amazing proze. Not my experience. I don't even get out of bed, often don't even prop myself up, have the notebook flat and sideways on my chest and just write as quick as I can. I use an b6 at the moment and fill 3 pages front and back and just let it rip. I can think better when writing things down, and morning pages really do help me clear my head in the morning. I do the pretty journaling in another notebook, later on in the day. Thank you for this video.
For me, this is what I'm doing in prayer most days. I don't want to have it in writing. God has it all and knows what I'm thinking even before I think it. So thankful for that!
@sandravallejo3524 writing my prayers has been so wonderful. It helps me to have a record of what God has done in my life .. in case I need a reminder. Writing my prayers also helps with focus.
I know mornings pages are suppose to be handwritten and I have tried it numerous time only to give up. I recently came upon an app that allows me to write my morning pages digitally. Because my mind races when I am doing my pages, I find that typing what is on my mind has helped me immensely lately. It may be that at some point, I want to try the handwriting again. For now, typing is the better way for me. Thanks for sharing. Your consistent talk of it lately got me thinking about doing it again. I’ve now been completing them for over a month! Take care!
Yaaaaay!!! Loved the video!! I’m doing morning pages for several months now and I’m not planning to stop, they’re great. But what I liked mostly about the video is the new style, it’s kind of more engaging with the extra footage, not just you talking for some minutes - no that I minded in the past! I did loved and enjoyed the content indeed, but it could have been just a podcast and now it’s a really GREAT video :D
Last year I wrote every day for 8 months, but and the last of the year I was unmotivated. I read the book, mannnn, that boookkk is the best! Thanks Amy!
The mindset I seem to be struggling with right now, is that I'll probably never achieve my dream life and whatever I do will never be good enough. Journaling has only helped me so far, but recently I started learning to use tarot as a tool for self growth, and I'm thinking about adding morning pages to that routine. 🤔😊 And thank you for your uplifting videos, they always cheer me up.
I came upon your channel by searching help on how to organize my gmail and I searched your playlist for more ideas. I actually do keep a journal and in the past wrote on it. However, I like your idea on the morning pages. My journaling was basically a prayer journal. After reading my bible, I write down what spoke to me or help me in that moment. I have subcribed to your channel and will definately watch more videos for daily motivation. Thanks.
Sold! So it's a few minutes to 1pm where I am... but right after I finish this comment, I'm starting my pages! at first i thought, I'll start tomorrow... but then I thought, well better late than never. I've tried morning pages before... but hopefully this time it sticks...
I feel like I have been doing this for years. I wrote in diaries daily, from childhood. I put done everything, from my dreams, thoughts, anger, ideas, never worrying about the grammar or beauty. I believe it helped me out a lot growing up. As an adult I have been struggling. No time, have child, is my excuse as to why I stopped. Thank you for this
Perfectionism!!! Always gets in the way. Desire for perfect outcomes. Desire for perfect processes. Keeps me from actually doing the things I want to do and I end up judging myself for it. Toxic!
I've been struggling with my morning pages, it felt like I was just dumping all my stuff and it wasn't making me feel any better. But I realised that I didn't really understand the purpose of it until now! Now I get it and they are now affectionately known as my moaning pages and I feel so much better for offloading. Thanks Amy for helping me make my life a better place to live
Thanks for the tip and I think it's important to note to not be constricted of when you should do it and how many times because we don't have the same situations although if it to be built as a habit it makes sense to always do it on schedule.
I absolutely love stream of consciousness journaling. I actually do mine on the computer because I can type WAY faster than I can write to keep up with my brain. I love getting everything out of my brain! Question - what do you do when your morning pages journal is filled up? Do you ever look back on the writing or do you plan on tossing it when it's filled?
Loved the video, the production quality was awesome!!! I tend to journal at night so I can thought dump before I go to sleep. It stops me scrolling on my phone and lying awake for hours with my brain whirling. I’ve been getting up at 5:30 and walking my dog at 6am before my daughter wakes up. My next step is to add mastery by writing before my walk so I will need to be up by 5 to have enough time. Maybe I can sneak in some morning pages before/after my walk...baby steps!
I always find that because I leave it quite long between writing in my journal and I see my journal as a way to record my thoughts and feelings to look back on when I’m older I always feel I have to write a lot down and then spend a lot of time ‘catching my journal up’ with what I’ve been doing thinking and feeling. I need to focus on just writing on what I’m thinking at the time and not thinking about all the things I could write down
wow this was so powerful "your concern and frustrations deserve the acknowledgment they need. But they also then need a space to live and that space in your mind is busy doing better things.... evict it give it somewhere else to live...morning pages"
I think a mindset I've been struggling with is finding a meaning in life and with the lack of a sense of meaningfulness, there's a lack of motivation. But I think if I get into the habit of writing daily I will find some interesting and helpful insights. I write, but not everyday. And I actually type on my computer I don't usually handwrite. Thank you for another video Amy.
Ask the Lord about it :) through prayer. John 10:10 "... I (Jesus) have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" God loves you dear friend!
Wow! First time doing this! My hand hurt like crazy, but I saw just how positive I actually am, I literally wrote what I was thinking, it started off with just words, one at a time as I thought them.. Cat, cushion, blanket, etc... But then came the brain dump, and I found that every negative thought was quickly followed by encouraging talk, and it came out like I was talking to someone else, it was fluid too, it really surprised me. I love it!! THANK YOU!! ❤️
I tried Morning Pages and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! My mind races the minute I wake up so having this outlet to get everything off my mind is so useful to me and that's how I view it. I use whatever pen or pencil that's near, and in the beginning, I even used whatever piece of paper I could find (although now I prefer writing in a notebook and dedicating it to my morning pages). As Amy says in this video, it's the imperfect part of this exercise that makes it so amazing and helpful. One page into writing down whatever crosses my mind, I already feel so much more centered and calm. The best part about this is that there are basically no rules so there's no way to mess it up or let my perfectionistic voice kick in to criticize it. The rare days when I miss out on this, I feel like I can't tend to things as easily because those thoughts are all still on my mind. Try it out if you haven't, it's soooo useful!
I do journal and find it helpful. I have a catch-all journal for all kinds of dreams, thoughts, and stuff that happened. If someone says something smart or helpful I keep it in the journal. I also have a daily gratitude. I'll have to try this morning pages idea and see what happens
Dear Amy, thanks a lot for the hot letters idea. I have a currently stressful work and I just need to yell at people at every time, so this is a very, very good idea. Thanks a lot for it.
Thanks Amy! This was a great video! I'm trying to develop a morning routine, so I'm trying to figure out what it is that I'm actually going to include in my routine. Morning Pages is DEFINITELY one of them! I really appreciate you actually giving us the definition of it, who it was originated by, how it works, and how YOU do it. I really appreciate that.
Amy, I just want to thank you for your time and encouragement on this subject. I read in your book the practice of morning pages and I always thought “nah, that’s not for me” This thought changed drastically last week when I was on the elliptical listening to your podcast where you talked about morning pages. This time it sounded like something I needed in my life. Writing whatever is in my mind without thinking about it, and to just let it flow and come out to paper. I started immediately the next day and I can’t believe the difference it made. Wow! The power of writing what’s in your mind so raw and imperfect (swear words and all) is life changing. Giving thoughts, emotions, and feelings the time, attention and space they need helps to clear our minds so we can give space to the better things. I found myself responding in a calmer way to others and not getting as upset with those close to me. I like to call it “My brain on paper” God bless you Amy. You’ve changed my life for the better in many ways.
Eliana this makes me SO happy! I realized I haven't explained this topic well enough to help people realize that there are no expectations and to just let your mind loose just like it would do anyway. I'm SO glad this is working for you now!
Amy Landino It’s truly amazing what morning pages can do and I’ve only been doing it for a week.Thank you for helping me go after the life I want. Thank you for taking the time to explain in detail what morning pages are. Thank you for empowering me to be the boss of my life. You are amazing!
I keep hearing about morning pages and had no idea how to start or what to even write about and BOOM your video popped up! haha I think this is the Universe speaking to me and telling me its time to officially start!. Thank you for the video! Great advice as always Amy!! Can you recommend some great journals for someone who is just getting started???
I hope this was helpful!! I linked to the one I'm using in the video. I think it's smart to start with a journal with a managable amount of lines and space. Some people feel really overwhelmed by filling 3 pages so I find choosing my write size and line spacing helps to ease some of that out.
Recently I've been thinking that complaining should be one of the first things I should quit and acceptance is one of the first things I should learn to do, cause I think complaining is strong enough to hold me back from adapting to the changes that happen in my life and accepting what I can't control about how things are is a strong enough step that can help me adapt quickly. By the way, I'm happy you did a video about the morning pages cause I've been wanting to know more about it. Thanks. Now I'm intrigued. I think I'll try it.
@@AmyTV Good idea. As I was doing the morning pages today, I got interrupted and I thought it's a good idea to express it by writing about it and I felt better instantly.
I have never been a good journal person, even though I really wanted to be. I started doing the morning pages a couple of weeks ago and I love it. I truly notice a difference when I had skipped doing it one weekend. It took me a few days to get to three pages, but once you just start writing what ever random thoughts your having it becomes easier to fill those pages. I am so glad that I finally started doing this because it is just so beneficial!!
This was a really useful video. Thank you. I have been doing Morning pages for a few months. For me it has been an opportunity to download/bash out worries and anxieties which wake me up and clutter my head before I have a chance to start my day. In many cases because I am not trying to analyse my worries/anxieties I have a chance to clear my head. Then turn and meet the day on my terms.
I'm going to start this process in the AM. I'm really missing my gran who passed away in September at the minute as she was always the compassionate one that knew how to set my brain back. I might write my morning pages to her in a dear diary style... 🤔
For some reason, watching this kinda made me tear up and feel all sorts of things. I have a LOT of things on my mind everyday and have always wanted to journal. However, the thought that someone could possibly accidentally or secretly read it makes me put journalling off all the time. I have bounced from different and digital journalling but have always restricted myself on what to type/write. Thank you for making this video. It inspired me to give it another try.
When I was working, I created a document for morning pages & put a password on the document so it could not be viewed by others. When journaling in pen I use my own version of shorthand which others cannot decipher.
First off... I love you! Your tips have changed my life...in a good way! So thank you for that. Question: When do you post new videos because I know that you used to post every Sunday and Wednesday but this Sunday I (two days ago) you didn't post anything and this is still your latest video. just saying... UR AWESOME!!!!! luv u Amy!
My mindset challenge... I guess it’s my mind shooting down every idea I get. It finds a hundred reasons why I shouldn’t or can’t do something. Michael J.Fox said, “If your mind keeps throwing up road blocks, just know it’s ok to drive right through them.” So, I remembered that recently and I’m trying to do that. This video was eye opening, Amy, because I had the whole idea of morning pages wrong...or I forgot what they’re for: getting all the crap thoughts your mind generates when you first get up out of your head...so you can get on to the ‘good stuff.’ I’m going to do this starting tomorrow! Thank you!
James it's totally understandable because I realized a lot of people think they should be so much grander than they actually are. I love that MJF quote!
I am doing morning pages for 3 years now and I can say that it is the best morning habit ! I have noticed that when I don't do it, I am less focused during the day. Sometimes I also write in streams of consciousness during the day when I am feeling concerned or less focused.
To establish the habit, for me what made the difference was: - writing in bed. If I get out of bed, I get into work mode, and I'll never do morning pages then. - getting a Moleskine diary, with one page for a day, and just write one page to start. Having the clear visual reference of whether I wrote every day has been very useful in motivating me into keeping up the habit. Also, just one page is fine and better than nothing: three pages are a lot when you're starting, and at least for me, it kept me from starting the habit for years. I'm still writing one page, but as I'm getting more used I'm feeling more confident on expanding to more pages, probably still keeping the first page on the Moleskine while keeping another journal at hand for when I need more space.
I've recently started my morning pages habit, and I write whatever I would search for on Google as well as what I dreamt last night and what I want to do today. Before going to bed, I would put my morning pages journal on my bed and then write in it after waking up. If more thoughts pop up, I'd just write them out, no matter how weird they may be. It feels good to get those thoughts out of my system right after waking up.
This is GOLD amy!! I've been doing my Dream log and reflection everyday, but somehow its hard to be consistent. Watching this video make me realize how important it is. Thank you!
Heard about morning pages through a tik tok and wanted to learn more. This is close to what I do anyway, but a little more free. I love a reason to have more notebooks :)
I only encountered "Morning Pages" over the weekend as I was looking to find a discipline where I did a brain dump before the morning started I find it helps because I do it before my morning meditation and readings and it clears space. It also is very very illegible too.
One habit that has been life changing for me is "if it takes 5 minutes or less to complete it, do it NOW." I am GUILTY of pushing things off till the next day and I hate doing small annoying tasks but now I make it something I HAVE to do at the moment just because it honestly doesn't take long and it prevents me from continuously procrastinating it
Oh, and I will be practicing. I have a 3h morning routine. The most creative times in my life were when I was practicing morning pages.. lately it’s been “morning page” for me.. I will push out 3 now.
Aloha Amy! I am a big believer of morning pages. I had fallen out of practice and thank you for the reminder to get back at it! I started again this morning and it felt great! Truth be told I haven't been as focused during my time at home in quarantine. I am aiming to do better this next month! Hope you are taking care. Mahalo, Katie
I've done morning pages a few times. I'm trying to make it a daily habit. I can tell the difference when I do them. My mind is clear and I can focus more on things. I feel I accomplish more on those days.
I hate to break the rules here because I know you said it needs to be in the morning, hence the term "morning pages." But, I'm a writer who writes urban fantasy novels and I own my own publishing company. So, for me, the first thing I do in the morning that sets the mood for the rest of the day is a 30-minute writing sprint into my current WIP. Having said that, I am a chronic insomniac. So, I think I'm going to take these "morning pages" and apply them to "night-time pages" lol. That way I can try to get everything off my mind before I go to bed. Hopefully, it'll help me get to sleep. Thank you for this!
I finally decided to do morning pages and I KNEW Amy was the channel where I could get the way of the land haha! I've been hearing her talk about it for ages 🤩
Amy, I had heard about Morning Pages before, but back in 2018 it was you who inspired me to start doing it as part of my daily Routine. So I did the 12 week program: the artist's way by Julia Cameron. I loved working with her book and I still write a lot. Never stop talking about and recommending the morning pages. ❤ Greetings from Germany
new subscriber today, thanks to Jessica Braun and very happy with your content. I truly am inspired to start this daily practice AND to watch more of your videos!
I somehow managed to not learn about Lincoln's hot letters until just now. THANK YOU! (Wow, do I ever need to learn to do that...) Current mindset challenges: No usable income, elderly parents w/associated medical problems, hosting young niece 2-3x weekly because my sister is a healthcare worker in a facility w/multiple COVID-19 cases. I think I've forgotten how to sleep...
Thank you for this, it helps so much and share the same motives as you such as beinbproductive, positive, and etc to ensure we're at our highest peak to take on our hours in a day, days, weeks, and years.
Vlogs are over here now 🙊
The first few times I did Morning Pages were very eye opening. After I wrote, my mind was so clear. I didn’t even realize how much junk I had going on in my head until I put it on paper.
Isn't it shocking!?
I had to write in my morning pages to remind myself to take a sip of my morning coffee. Hot letters sound like a great idea!
For whoever is reading: You are made with an incredible purpose. I hope you know you are never alone. You are doing great. Keep going and learn to surrender. Trust the process.
Thank you,I needed that.❤

I swear by this daily writing practice. Are you going to try it? Let your brain flow!
I have been trying to figure out how to get started! This video gave me great ideas to start!
Yes I do. Because I noticed when I don’t write, my brain is so foggy for functioning in. Learned it from You Amy THANK U 🥂
Great handwriting, Amy 😊

Mindfulness is different for everyone. I love this.
I thought the same until I started writing down my prayers on my morning pages. What a change! 💜

Rather than think what to write, write what you're thinking. LOVE IT ❤
Thoughts can be such a pain. I often go over the same things in my head over again. I must try this routine to try to release them. Thanks.

I loved it! I started morning pages a week and a half ago while reading Julia’s book. You are so right! Thank you!
amy!! well-done: you NAILED it. julia would 100% approve of your interpretation
great job!
I love doing My Morning Pages! I first heard about doing them from a Tim Ferris video.
Yes! I definitely need to let go of so many things including a break up that’s been holding me back for a long time. Will try tomorrow thank you!

wow this was so powerful "your concern and frustrations deserve the acknowledgment they need. But they also then need a space to live and that space in your mind is busy doing better things.... evict it give it somewhere else to live...morning pages"
It's exciting to hear. It's POWERFUL in action!
Control the controllable. It will help you mindset a lot.
idk why i wanna recommend optimistic nihilism to you
Ask the Lord about it :) through prayer.
You make a compelling case for morning pages! I've gotten out of the habit of writing. And always start my days foggy. May give this a try.
The quality of your content just keeps getting better and better !
I appreciate that.
Thank you for explaining so clearly what morning pages are. I was always really intrigued by them.
I recommend you try to stretch in the morning as well! It gets the body and mind going in the morning, and it feels sooo good!
You got this!
You are always providing insight and motivation. Thank you.
I just started writing morning pages this month. I have to say I do love them!
Wonderful!
Thank you Amy. Really enjoy your videos and always LOVE how you closed each by "Going the Life you want." LOVE IT. LOVE IT. LOVE IT. Cheers. xoxox
I love this morning pages. Makes me feel good.
Amy, I just want to thank you for your time and encouragement on this subject. I read in your book the practice of morning pages and I always thought “nah, that’s not for me”
This thought changed drastically last week when I was on the elliptical listening to your podcast where you talked about morning pages.
I like to call it “My brain on paper”
God bless you Amy.
@@AmyTV Ok, perfect I will check it out and get started ASAP! Thanks again :)
Good luck! 👍
I’ve been seeing morning pages everywhere too!
Let loose with complaints in your morning pages! You can let them live there and then move on to a more optimistic, patient self!
@@AmyTV Good idea. As I was doing the morning pages today, I got interrupted and I thought it's a good idea to express it by writing about it and I felt better instantly.
Great idea 💡. I may try this. I think they key is to NOT judge what I’m thinking and just write.
Morning pages really help a lot. I'm so glad I discovered this method a few months ago. I even bought a dedicated journal on amazon
Love this Lisa! It takes some practice but you get the swing of it. I think it only takes like 15 minutes now for me to fill 3 pages.
I would be in such a bad place without my journaling omg it is like therapy but free!!😊
This is so true.
TaylorSwiftGleek yes! ♥️😊
💯
Most excellent video about morning pages! I do these myself and feel the same way!
I just started this practice and it is incredible. I’m also reading The Artists’s Way. So good so far! 🙌
Journaling is absolutely paradigm shifting ♥️♥️♥️
100%!!!
I think this is one of your most Zen videos ever
Thank you!
I'm going to start this process in the AM. I'm really missing my gran who passed away in September at the minute as she was always the compassionate one that knew how to set my brain back. I might write my morning pages to her in a dear diary style... 🤔
Lisa Heidinger what a wonderful idea. You could even write them as letters to her.
My morning pages were a saving grace for me when my brother died. Allow yourself to feel and get it out.
A great way to start the morning and clear the mind for the day. Cheers!
Love that!
How thankful I am for waking up and my dreams that God give me.
I heard about morning pages so many times before, but I've never been more motivated to try. Starting tomorrow!
To establish the habit, for me what made the difference was:
- writing in bed.
Just bought and received this book because of you. You're incredibly inspiring Amy. And I love that you just shared this video!
This is GOLD amy!! I've been doing my Dream log and reflection everyday, but somehow its hard to be consistent. Watching this video make me realize how important it is. Thank you!
Yay!!
I've fallen away from Morning Pages, and this video was a reinspiration. Thank you!
I'm so glad!
Heard about morning pages through a tik tok and wanted to learn more. This is close to what I do anyway, but a little more free. I love a reason to have more notebooks :)
Planning on getting started with morning pages now! thanks for sharing!
Thank you this will help me. This is my second attempt to do the artist way book.
I only encountered "Morning Pages" over the weekend
as I was looking to find a discipline
where I did a brain dump
before the morning started
I find it helps because I do it before
my morning meditation and readings
and it clears space.
It also is very very illegible too.
Thank you you have changed my life
One habit that has been life changing for me is "if it takes 5 minutes or less to complete it, do it NOW." I am GUILTY of pushing things off till the next day and I hate doing small annoying tasks but now I make it something I HAVE to do at the moment just because it honestly doesn't take long and it prevents me from continuously procrastinating it
I particularly like the edition format of this video! ;)
This is the best explanation of morning pages I’ve ever heard. Magical
Oh, and I will be practicing. I have a 3h morning routine. The most creative times in my life were when I was practicing morning pages.. lately it’s been “morning page” for me.. I will push out 3 now.
Thank you so much!
Great breakdown of morning pages. I can attest this practice is a life saver. I urge everyone to try it for a month.
Your ritual is very similar to mine! I drink lemon water beforehand as well...
I've done morning pages a few times. I'm trying to make it a daily habit. I can tell the difference when I do them. My mind is clear and I can focus more on things. I feel I accomplish more on those days.
Awesome! Does that motivate you to stay consistent?
@@AmyTV It does. I'll have to remind myself of the benefits anytime I lose the motivation.
Yessssss love morning pages!
Hey Amy!! You help me so much, sending you loads of love & respect ♥️♥️♥️
This is just the video I need right now with how crazy the world is now so thank you so much 😊
This has inspired me, thank you for this upload Amy. Take care x
I'm so glad! You're welcome.
You are so inspirational
I used to journal my dreams , it was a fun routine but now I'm not sure what to write , hopefully this video helps
I finally decided to do morning pages and I KNEW Amy was the channel where I could get the way of the land haha!
I've been hearing her talk about it for ages 🤩
I love this video, and your blouse!
Big Hug & a Kiss 😘 for sharing this, I had stopped & forgotten how impactful it was.
new subscriber today, thanks to Jessica Braun and very happy with your content. I truly am inspired to start this daily practice AND to watch more of your videos!
Wonderful! And welcome!!
I somehow managed to not learn about Lincoln's hot letters until just now. THANK YOU! (Wow, do I ever need to learn to do that...)
Current mindset challenges: No usable income, elderly parents w/associated medical problems, hosting young niece 2-3x weekly because my sister is a healthcare worker in a facility w/multiple COVID-19 cases. I think I've forgotten how to sleep...
Does it have to be long hand? I am living minimally and trying to live paperless.
I love morning pages! It’s been a valuable tool for me.
So glad to hear that!
Thank you for this, it helps so much and share the same motives as you such as beinbproductive, positive, and etc to ensure we're at our highest peak to take on our hours in a day, days, weeks, and years.
Glad it was helpful!
I love and appreciate that you put BRolls now. 😍
I'm going to try my best. :)
4:31 that's a good idea. I'll spend the whole night writing hot letters
lol it might help but maybe limit how many you write
I started writing mine right now 😉
