@@JaredLitherland i agree! She’s got GREAT vocals! She recorded a few songs last year (or the year before) but no other album besides this one (which is a shame). Thanks for watching and commenting! 🤘🏻
Trouble Tribe & Gypsy Rose I own but werr already shown on Steve’s episode so I did not show them…. The others i am not familiar with so I will go check them out! Thanks for the suggestions! And thanks for watching and commenting! 🤘🏻
Contraband is an excellent album. Ah great to see Princess pang making an appearance! Fantastic album. Can't believe Chrissy Steele only has one solo album! I would have lost money on that! One we're all forgetting is Blue Murder, a supergroup to be fair, but they only had the one album as far as I know.
@@davebrowne8252 nope…. Blue Murder has 2 studio albums.. the second one I only have on CD called “Nothin But Trouble” which Steve has on vinyl! 😮😳. Its currently going over 600$ on discogs (if youre lucky enough to find it)
Excellent video Dan - one of your best. I think you did WHITE HEAT a disservice (especially as a fellow Canuck!). It is an excellent metal album - though perhaps not in the Hair/Glam category. Strongly recommended. Often found cheaply because many record store owners erroneously file it along with less-desirable Christian rockers WHITE HEART. You gave so much detail that I am watching again. More comments may follow.
Thank you for the nice comments! I dont mind White Heat…. Its just i found the album title much more interesting than the album itself (and I dont mind the album - I should give it a better chance). Hmmm dont think Ive ever seen or heard of White Heart.. 🤷🏻♂️. Thanks for watching and commenting! 🤘🏻
Oh no not Chrissy Steele!! Aphrodite! White Tiger! You could almost rename the show Albums I have that Steve wants but doesn't have 😆Yeah just kidding I actually do have many of these. Cry Myself to Sleep was originally done by Romeos Daughter. Mutt Lange co wrote it.
There must be others than those 3 you don't have? For every ONE episode I make of albums YOU don't have, you can prolly do 30... :) And yeah, someone in the comments made me realise about Romeo's Daughter (which I own) so he reminded me! :)
Huh? First to comment? Wow, I have never heard or seen that *Aphrodite* vinyl, thats why I like your content so much, stuff I did not know. I guess you were thinking of the British band *Romeo's Daughter* who did the original of "I cry myself to sleep at night" which was later covered by Bonnie Tyler and Chrissy Steele. Chrissy Steele of course is in the hottest rock singers of all times together with Lee Aaron, Patty Smyth, Fiona and Sandi Saraya! Unknowingly you "missed" her birthday yesterday one day too late! There ARE fotos of Susie smiling😀 I can assure you, if you are married to the (live) drummer of the Eagles at the time, Scott Crago, there is no reason, not to smile, I guess. It's about time she is releasing that second album, I have some songs for a long time, that are pretty good.
Hahaha! Yes, first to comment! Congrats! And thanks for the nice comments! MUCH appreciated! And yes, i must have been thinking of that Romeo's Daughter album (as it's the only one I have of them) :) Oh yes, Chrissy Steele was/is so hot! Major reason why I bought the album at the time (not knowing her backstory or who she was at all) Heh, I have over 1500 albums so it was easy, but not that easy to find one and done bands (especially Hair Metal, they had a tendency to make ONE album and then reunite 20+ years later to make a SECOND album) and there are lots which I omitted because Steve had mentionned that on his channel, so these episodes will compliment each other! :) Trouble Tribe I own, but was mentionned by Steve... I never heard of the others you mentionned afterwards, so I will have to go check them out! Thank you! Hahaha, i honestly did not know it was Susie Hatton's bday yesterday! Talk about coincidence! And yes, I know she smiles... she smiles ONCE in her "Blue Monday" video, and a few pics here and there... but mostly, she never does (which is odd for a model) :) Thanks again for watching, commenting and all your suggestions! :)
Never heard of most of the bands but I love that LSD album. I would say Teazer - Hard As A Rock was a one and done. They were a band from Hawaii in the early 80's
