Just found it it does have hdmi 2.1. The Japanese website states it supports hdr 10+ and Dolby vision, which is really weird. No info on the peak brightness though, how many nots, do you know?

As far as I have been able to find out about the panel is that it is actually 12 bit, which would be amazing, can you confirm this? Also it is hard to find out if it can do 4k/120hz - seems it doesn’t have hdmi 2.1 and eArc

seems to me to fall a bit short of futureproof, I wonder if those hdmi 2.1 ports are full 48gbps, no dolby vision, no displayport, no eArc, better to wait for tv to include displayport version 2

Why is it so hard to figure out if this TV can do 120Hz?

There is no such thing as a 8k tv antenna!!

Yes. Correct. What we meant is you can simply enjoy local TV channels if you will use an antenna. We never said that you will enjoy it in 8K resolution. ☺️
