Getting my red green 78 F150 4x4 running again and rust repair!!!

My 78 f150 has been sitting up since winter I think roughly, anyways I'm trying to give more attention to my old trucks and make everything useable again. This is a truck I kinda dreamed of owning forever, unfortunately its had a rough life. They all can't be 10/10 show trucks.
