    I have a question, why do we not use the machine cut stone in the foundations?

      The current available machine cut stones are water absorbent, that's why we have used blue stone. If the market can provide machine-cut blue stone, we would use them.

      machine cut are not good for foundation. they absorb water and stay wet for long and the house becomes too cold.

      Is this black cotton soil and if so approx how much did the foundation cost

    • @mirabaconstruction4073
      @mirabaconstruction4073  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@annmberia1046 cost varies, the amount of black removed was 15lorries and backfill 16 Lorries. A foundation like this for a residential house with no columns is likely to cost you around kes.700,000
