very poor quality finishing.. why would you have guests and master sharing a single bathroom? you should have made the master ensuite and then also make thew guest have their own bathroom
@kip4life first of all I want to say thank you for exposing all your ignorance to the world. Second of all, I think this comment doesn't refer to this particular video because the house I toured in this video is a master ensuite with the master having a separate bathroom from the other two rooms ( which share a common lavatory).
Thirdly, you are the reason why the term cyberbully and fake news were coined and you need to always verify facts before you speak ( otherwise it is all fake news)
@@TheWanjalaz not ignorance I have built 2 houses back in Kenya- this is feedback you need to make better house I re watched from 12.51 yes you are right its en-suite i confused it with the the common lavatory . He should have put bigger windows in the house and make windows to be two courses they are too high
Just came across your channel and I love the content. Beautiful projects. I'm just waiting for the finished products.
Laetitia, thanks for the compliments! There's indeed more to come. Stay tuned!
my inspiration
Dreams are valid Itale ✅. It's a matter of time. God is faithful.
Good job,l like the windows ,s
Absolutely! The owner has some eye for style.
The Wanjalaz!
With my medium experience,
I think 3.4 ni nyingi depending on the agreement of payment( percentage) paid to the contractor.
My thinking, 2.3M upto roofing, then 1M for tilings na kathalika.
The foot print of the house will tell the cost of the house.
The foot print is the vital part!
@@lynlassiter5033 I don't think he meant his money/pay....he meant the full cost of the project ( materials + labour)
Also, he has factored in the gazebo and septic costs
@@lynlassiter5033 also I think the cost of interior finishes would largely vary depending on the qualities and tastes chosen
@@TheWanjalaz how much is the cost of constructing the gazebo and septic. The amount is quite high even inclusive of it
😅😅😅 Quality????
Is that red soil or black cotton?
Hi...red soil
@@TheWanjalaz Okay. I was worried about the height of the foundation... But red soil is uncomplicated, the amount is quite high for sure
I see. But things are under control. Looks like that was factored in.
Nambar please
Hi Susan.... here's the fundis number 0710 486850 (Sylvester)
Mine is 0792310776
That amount mentioned is ridiculous for a 3 bedroom.
What's your ideal cost ?
On the contrary, I think it could be plausible!
3.2 for foundation + walling + roofing + plastering + plumbing and wiring + window fabrication and installation + Gazebo + Septic Unit...very plausible
@@TheWanjalaz 2m ...you can't tell me the roof took a whole 800k.
@@TheWanjalaz
Btw 2M--2.3M
@@TheWanjalaz
My question,
What's the foot print of the house?
