Someone else with 155 zone 2. Everyone seems to think I have a heart problem when I say this is my zone 2. What’s your max HR and is this anything to worry about with it being higher than norm?
The lower your heart rate can be the better your cardio vascular endurance is, so my advice would be to keep running zone 2 and build a better aerobic base, do this by staying in long runs and staying in zone 2, you will see this then bring down ur heart rate zones
Have you had a proper bike fit mate? Looks like you aren’t extending your legs sufficiently to me. This can lead to a lot of problems in the future especially if you are doing 200-300km weeks on the bike to prep for half/full Ironmans.
