Hey i think i know who did it so In the trailer we see a person with a sniper and there leg up on the raiditor the shoe is the same as the brother sisters idk why they would of done it but say one of them shot sazz then the other sister carryed sazz out
@@Slimydiagram I think we’re seeing a movie within a movie. They are developing a movie about the trio. Saz did her part in this so called movie. To make the rest they need the trio to approve the rights. In the movie Charles is dead. We see Saz takes the fall. Saz is still alive.
It’s suspicious that they flyer was slid under the door once Howard was left alone. They knew a chance at fame was all he needed to lure him out the room.
@THEEWAHWAH the person that slipped the paper then walked to the left. Since they said the apartment layout matters that only leaves the Sauce family and christmas guy to the left.
Why does the flyer have NO information about when or where the auditions are happening, and yet Howard just knows it's immediate in the penthouse and off he goes?
Paul Rudd’s character saying “you can’t come back from the dead” is poking fun that the writers found a way for Paul to return to the show after his character was killed off last season
@@kitkatz3859 ME TOO!! They all make sense some way.. I keep going back to Loretta. She may hold resentment for Dickie dying and them doing a pod/ movie about it..🤷♀️. I still go back and forth w is Sazz dead 😂
Personally I found that weird, especially as we all know it’s the exact same actor. It would of been batter to have a look a like. Like the Sazz/Charles arch.
I feel like Sazz is like Charles’ subconscious at this point, not just literally but she basically had to morph into him for work. So maybe she has now become his subconscious prompting him with clues his conscious mind can’t remember.
@@DoublePMedia I don't see how Saz is helping Charles. So what about the camp for kids. How would that lead to killer. Yes, Bev shows up there but I think Saz told Bev about the place. I'm sure it's not related
Regarding the person that liked Sazz’s photo the day she died, “machado” is a Portuguese word and it means axe, it might not be a coincidence since dudenoff is allegedly in Portugal
You say that how come hollywood executives know about the secret passages? (sorry my english, its my second language), but Jan told Charles that she knows about them because they mention them on the podcast! so now everyones knows!

Yeah, I’m fully expecting it to be a red herring. Like it turns out she’s scouting locations to film at, Or while she’s a producer, she wants to be the lead role and play Jan in the movie
Thanks for that - I was late to work this morning because I hadn't made a thumbnail, hadn't written the notes - I was scrambling as getting out the door to get to the office
I know we are over the theory that Sazz faked her death , but what is she faked her death to finally live with Jan. We don't see jan anymore but she still made an appearance to let us know she escaped. And seeing that stunt double of ben reminded me of the twin theory we had in S3 Also , if you watch the trailer again , you can see that the person aiming at Charles apartments have the same boots as one of the girls who was auditioning Howard.
Good thoughts! I've had that possibility in the back of my mind too -- The only way to get the police to think Jan wasn't part of it, was to make Charles think Jan had no idea of the plot.
The assassin is probably listening to the podcast, which Charles started after the party. That would show Charles is still alive. Depending on how long the podcast lasted, the assassin had just enough time to take Sazz's body to the incinerator. The temporary blackout towards the end of the podcast was due to the faulty incinerator as Sazz was being incinerated.
I think Bev Melon and Sazz are connected more than we think. Sazz wanted to keep her Stunt Academy secret and we are led to believe she only told Charles about it since they have a close friendship. Could it be that Sazz and Bev formed some sort of friendship/bond/business relationship or maybe Bev learned about the academy through Jan in an interview (Assuming Sazz told Jan) and decided to go there for scout location? Or maybe Bev is secretly a huge mystery fan/addict and went there to investigate on her own? (Lol)
I saw that article about the set too, and thought that it must be a clue, that maybe the apartments were connected in some way by a secret passage. But maybe it has to do that Dudenhoff is renting one large apartment, but renovated it into 4 separate apartments to sublet? I just don't understand how the police didn't get a list of who was renting the apartments, they just asked around. But now I definitely believe the lock box is to keep the landlord out.
Yes! I just wrote something similar to this before I read your post! Great call about dividing the apartments from one big one! That way, they can access the Studio to shoot out the window without walking into the hallway at all! They all can walk through all the apartments through connecting doors from apartment to apartment! I think this is the ANSWER!!!
Does anyone else find it strange that Howard goes through so many pets? Why not take Gravey and Hammy on a walk together? And bring Evelyn in a stroller? I hope Howard isn't Sweeney Todding his pets!
My thoughts exactly! I love the Loretta theory and a lot lines up, but another storyline of a main character’s lover being the villain would feel a bit overplayed.
@@DoublePMedia Agreed there is definitely something going on with her and I hope it’s more than just “ha ha Oliver is jealous and bad at social media.” And hopefully we see more of Loretta because I love Meryl.
Loretta theory works because the ice stage show oliver did sank her career. Loretta Was for a time the most connected person in showbiz. She could have been in a relationship with charles. We still don't know a lot about charles. His first marriage ended and he terrible relationship with his daughter. Maybe helga is charles crazy ex wife. The person he fled to new york to get away from
Its 100% not her☺️Pinterest is full of pictures from final episode. I dont want to spoil but if you want to see the most beautiful wedding dress definitely check it out🥰
RANDOM connection. With ALL the pig/pork/ham references this season, it occurred to me that in Season One, Charles kept having visions of Bugs Bunny & Porky Pig due to his anxiety and fear of relationship failure stemming from the trauma when his long time girlfriend (Lucy's mom) broke up with him right before they were supposed to go on a family cruise. So he had to hang out with those mascots alone. I don't remember if her name was ever mentioned, but the name Cookie was put on the murder board with all of Charles' exes. Maybe there will be some investigation into her?
Love your videos! I'm so glad your tin-foil theory has come around to Loretta, because I narrowed in on her almost immediately but for totally different reasons. For me, the question that keeps nagging at me is: why did the killer clean up Sazz's body? If Sazz was the target, it makes sense to clean up if the killer was in the same room when the murder happened and they were worried they'd potentially contaminated the crime scene or themselves. But the whole point of a long-distance shot is to minimize that risk and give yourself time to escape, so why risk exposure and cross-contamination instead of just fleeing immediately? Of course, Jan gives us the answer: you clean up a body if you killed the wrong person and you don't want your real target on alert. But that only raises more questions: first, if the killer didn't want Charles on alert, then why didn't they attempt to kill Charles again right away? And second and more importantly, let's say the killer mistook Sazz for Charles... once she's been shot, she falls to the floor, out of view, in the dark -- so how did the killer ever find out they shot the wrong person in the first place?! To me, there's only one answer that makes sense: the killer shot at someone they thought was Charles, and then saw Charles still alive later that same night and, at that point, realized their mistake. In other words, it could only have been someone at the party that night, because only they would have realized they shot the wrong person, and known where Charles was and that he wasn't in his apartment, giving them time to clean up. The only person (other than Howard) who fits this description is Loretta. Plus, she has both a motive, and a reason to hold off on a second attempt. Motive: she wants Oliver to move to L.A. with her as she pursues a television career, but Charles (and the play) were keeping she and Oliver in New York. Why no second attempt? Because the play was canceled after opening night (something nobody knew at the time of Sazz's murder), and a movie opportunity brought Oliver out to L.A. the very next week. Loretta now has the opportunity to pursue the television job, plus she has every reason to think Oliver might decide to join her in L.A. without needing to remove Charles as an obstacle. So... I think it was Loretta. Plus, you don't waste a talent like Meryl Streep on a second season if she's not gonna be the killer!
Another possibility could be that the sniper bugged the Oliver's apartment as part of prep recon work. Which could explain why the assassin thought the person going into Charles' apartment was Charles and not Sazz.
You had me right up until the Loretta theory! The only person she might kill for is her son, and I don't she how/why that would happen with Charles/Sazz. I don't see her having the strength to hold a gun that size, let alone move Sazz's body. I still think it was an accident.
By this point in every season I’ve had a decent theory with clues about who did it. This season, however, I don’t feel like we have any solid clues. Maybe it’s because I haven’t rewatched any episodes like I did with previous seasons, but I definitely feel a bit lost this season. By biggest theory is Sazz is alive or Bakula did it
Ok, this is pretty out there but, Vince mentions that Dudenoff gets to "live like a king" in Portugal. When they cut to the trio playing cards it starts with a shot of the King of Hearts on the deck. Later Glen mentions another stunt double named Rex Bailey. Rex means king and Bailey can mean fortification or bailiff. What if Rex was some kind of protector for Dudenoff? During the funeral scene Glen hits Charles with a real bottle and another stuntman says "You set them up!" as if Glen set it up to happen. Glen gets angry and yells "are you calling me a Rex Bailey?" What if Rex Bailey somehow set up a stunt on another movie that injured or killed someone and made it look like an accident? That would be a pretty dangerous secret for someone to uncover, like Sazz. I also want to know who is posed on the table for the funeral painting.
I kept thinking, but if Dudenoff just rented those apartments at normal rental prices, then he'd be even better off (with 20x more income). It wasn't clear enough to me his motivations for keeping the rent so low.
@@waylenmiki_1 Dudenof rented those apartments many years ago (let's say under $100 each). The amount hasn't changed because of the rent control. He sublets the apartments. Everyone wins (except the original landlord).
@@Carlitty Yeah, but I guess he's not charging the current tenants the market price because he just likes them. Like, he's paying $100 still to the original landlord, but collecting $200. Seems like he could "live like a king" better if he charged $5000. I just want in on the apartment and live in NYC.
I honestly think the 'brittle bones' thing was just a joke about how old Charles is. Bone density decreases over our lifetimes, so saying someone has brittle bones is kind of like calling them dusty. Also, as someone from the UK, I'm pretty sure our giftwrapping ribbon would burn, but that was a good call! I'm seeing a lot of references to pigs littered (no pun intended) throughout the show, and whenever a piece of handwriting is shown (letters, naughty lists, etc) there's a pretty decent chance that some of the capital Es will be written in the style of backwards 3s. Threes and pigs - three little pigs? This spans across series, and if it's not used soon to provide evidence to a murder it very well may be a sort of easter egg that points to our Moriarty-type figure - maybe??
I can see Loretta. I didn't expect Jan mostly cuz how she easily infiltrated Mabel, Charles, and Oliver. Also Oliver really didn't like Jan, and she turned out to be the muderer, and now Oliver suspect Loretta for the same "paranoia reason", it would make for a great twist. Also Meryl Streep was the antagonist in Devil Wears Prada's, and its a band, so that is even more suspicious.
If the whole floor needed to be build at the same time, I'd guess we'll eventually get some sort of one-take of the murder. Not sure any clues can necessarily be gleaned from that prospect, but who knows?
I don't know if someone already pointed this out, and it probably doesn't mean anything in the first place, but... it's intriguing to note that "MACHADO" (axe, in English) is a very common PORTUGUESE surname. Maybe the "a*machado" account could be linked to Dudenoff's Portugal scheme somehow? Very unlikely, I think, but it's interesting that they specifically chose such a portuguese surname for a random, fake interaction on Instagram.
The INTERIOR DOORS inside the Dudenoff apartment that probably were sealed shut when his "studio" was created from a larger one, are adjacent to Vince Fish's place and to the Sauce Family's apartment so if either of them wanted to open those doors and access the apartment from their own apartment they could do it without walking into the hallway. I think that all the Westies were involved in some capacity. I think Ana was the shooter, Rudy carried the body to the incinerator and the others cleaned up and covered for Ana!
The more I watch, the more I remember what Sazz said on her great entrance in the last episode on S3. It doesn't make any sense but at the same time it does... Despite she's hilarious, she's giving us the main clue.
With all your talk about Hitchcock films, I thought maybe there's a Strangers on a Train situation going on. Like a murder swap of some sort. But then we'd need to see a second murder. But I'm keeping my hopes up for another murder!
Omg I'm so confused 😮❤but still love this show. I'm just along for the ride and enjoying every minute of it. Keep all these amazing theories coming ❤🎉😊
Is Glenn really Ben?. What if Ben switched with his stuntman Glen after he was poisoned, he tapped out and Glen tapped in. This would explain his hallucinations of rats, and constantly trying to get them away from him. Touchback to the rat poisoning. Also if Ben wasn't the kid actor that Charles got fired from the show, it may have been Glen. Thinking he could have had the fame, be the face, if he stayed on the show.
I think you hit it on the nail as to why they said the apartment order was important. It’s to let us know that Rudy was being genuine. Because I doubt Rudy could sneak past the entire family, and if the sauce family and Vince couldn’t hear the gunshot from how loud they were playing oh hell, it’s impossible for Rudy to have known anything
Plus the bags that fell to the stage in the last season, which that producer living in the theatre said it was him to scare people off….but maybe he didn’t do all of them or took the blame for someone else.
With respect to who took the photo with all 6 of them, I think it was Sazz, because she is humble enough to not be a "face" in the picture and take it for the others. It's just like how she's a stuntman and willing to not be the "face" and let Charles get the spotlight instead.
You’ve sold me on the Loretta theory. At first I was like “oh well her job was a gift wrapper so idk” then I was like “oh yeah she wore pigtails a lot…and she likes pigs…oh my god she did leave the party early wait”. Honestly if they do a twist and Loretta was originally a Westie that would be crazy. We know she’s obsessive about stuff considering how she was with her son and the scrap book, if they reveal she was obsessed with Oliver and basically orchestrated their relationship ill be all for it
@@DoublePMedia I think it checks all the boxes to be good, Meryl Streep could do the performance of a good murderer, it backs up all her weird behavior from season 3 and turns them from a red herring into red flags, and they absolutely could write up a bunch of banter in future seasons about both Charles and Oliver both falling in love with murderers, considering they still joke about Charles and Jan
I’m right there with you. My very first impression of the season, before Episode 1 was even over, was that Sazz faked her death and the “clues” might have been planted by her to throw off anyone who tried to solve her disappearance. But that doesn’t match up with the end of Season 3 (with her dramatically bleeding out on the floor), so I decided that was ridiculous. But there were SO many hints to that in the dialogue this episode. It’s torturing me, too. 🤪 (And I’m putting it in writing just in case it turns out to be true!)
I'm trying to get my mind to stop thinking "Sazz faked her death" but almost every item in the show makes me think it -- Could Sazz have been leaving stunt work, leaving Charles, and wanted to give him a fun mystery to solve for his podcast?
Fire tape and tinsel essentially the same Thing and they both maintain the same integrity as each other Also, if you think of tinfoil like piece of mopping paper and you fold it, if you needs to stick it together you want use something sticky. I know become sticky if it breaks up. So there is my theory.
OK, I have so many theories right now, and none of them make sense lol. First: The chiropractor has somethings to do, and maybe its because Sazz was thinking of retiring and couldn't because of the movie, or something like that, I'm not ever sure if it has to do with the movie, maybe the trampoline business was with her and they had a problem because of it. Second: Sazz was in so much pain... maybe she told someone she couldn't be in the movie because of it and someone decided to end the pain(?) Remember she called Bev to tell her something was off with her movie, so she already knew about it. Or maybe she paid someone to end it... Third: i dont think the brother sisters did it, or Jan or anyone from the movie, for me is someone from the bar... Now, hear me out... what if Glenn is actually Ben and Glenn died in season 3... he is sort of suspish, i just can't forget the whole bottle thing
I can’t shake it. I think Howard is the Moriarty, because he wants to be Charles. Everything from the acting career to the podcast is something Howard would love to have, but still not sure if he killed Sazz accidentally. I do think Sazz’s ex was Bev and that’s the “relationship” she wanted to talk to Charles about. Anyone else?
I made a long comment in your last video about my "Sazz is Moriarty/orchestrated her own death" plot, and this episode only confirmed my suspicions. They were way too many references to Sazz possibly faking her own death, and Charles possibly still being a target ("Just like Sazz would have wanted."). Is it intentional at this point? We still haven't seen any conclusive evidence that she died; at the end of season 3, she was still alive, and we haven't seen a body yet (the prosthetics could have easily been planted on purpose), nor have we seen any flashbacks connecting the dots or DNA data confirming it's her ashes. They're really playing their hand close to the vest. I'm glad you're watching this episode-to-episode like the rest of us. I hate that there are people out there who have seen 9 of the episodes and could be posting their own "theories" in here, spoiling certain plot points and then taking "credit" when they're right. Loretta is a real tin-foil hat theory. I think it would be weird to clear her in season 3 only to reveal her as the killer in season 4. What could her motive against Charles/Sazz possibly be? But who knows. That "adorable little piglet" line is weird, but I think the writers are obsessed with ham at this point. You made a great point about the person who slipped the flyer under the door knowing Howard would take the bait and leave the apartment. I wonder if that was orchestrated by the culprit themselves in order to get into the apartment undetected and obtain something or other. I do like being clueless this season, but I hate waiting week to week to slowly unravel this mystery. I'm just waiting for the soundtrack to come out and for one of the track titles to be a spoiler again, like the last three seasons. The "order of the apartments" line in that article probably has more to do with continuity than anything. I'm still iffy on whether the Westies could be involved, although I'm still obsessed with the "E" drawn on Rudy's torso. Since it seems like there is at least one person on both the East and West coasts involved, there could be a helper. And I'm also curious about who could have taken that photo, and how long ago it was.
Just suscribed! hammy faye being in the lesbian brothers's tournament as a caddy is a great hint. It makes us sure Sazz knew the westies and she is either the 6th person in the picture or the one that took it We have one slot left and I think Helga is Loretta, and the arms that keep popping up in her posts are Rudy's. Loretta's accents are not perfect , but maybe good enough to trick the westies
Re. Loretta theory, it also makes sense to have Oliver keep talking about her, to remind viewers of her characters relevance. Otherwise, we could get to the end and it would be a shock they brought her back out of nowhere. Instead, you have his little sprinkles of her memory every episode - a few times an episode ;) reminding us of her
@@DoublePMedia i mean she's off living her dream life in LA, it would be really messy for her to try. I saw somewhere that maybe she was trying to kill Charles so the podcast would stop and Oliver could move to LA with her. Also there's a scene in episode 1 where she says she was texting you when talking to our group of 3. and Oliver mutters that he didnt get them but this moves on. Perhaps she was the one texting Charles and just a slip up? AND her job is about burn victims. Your theory about it being fire tape could link to her.... This is DEFINITELY off the deep end but idk if its off my table yet :P
When we heard about “Helga” I thought; she must be the last person in that photo of the Westies in the previous episode. I wondered if Bev might actually be Helga. 🤷♀️ Plus I found it interesting how Bev seemed so interested in Howard all of a sudden.
Bev seemed to have aimlessly pointed the gun where that blinding flash (from Oliver’s iPad) was beaming from. She’ll probably get cleared early in the next episode, then be instrumental in revealing more motive for the West Coast characters.
If it ends up being a Hollywood person or someone not native to the building, I still think they’d be able to know about the incinerator. They could just have it where they’re dragging the body and see the chute that has incinerator written on it and be like “oh that’s easier”
I have a theory that The Sauce Family, along with Vince Fish and Rudy, are smuggling in Portuguese hams. I think they are illegal to bring into the USA...? Plus, very expensive. The ham radios help them to do this undercover business without leaving an incriminating trail behind. Where this fits into the murder, however, I do not know!
Order of the apartments. When Oliver and Mabel first get on the floor they visit to interview the apartments as they walk down the hall…and end up not getting to Christmas Guy the same time as the others. So either something in between that time and him is involved or something that happened to either allow Mabel and Eva Longoria go there for a specific reason.
Wait, Sazz's Helga note is written on a 5 1/2 Lesbian Brothers calendar/schedule sheet?! The subtlety of the clues is magnificent this season. It's in direct contrast to the bombacity of most characters' in the show.
I think a lot of what we're seeing is part of this movie about the trio. The film crew has all eyes on them. Every move is covered by the cameras without the knowledge of the residence. Saz said she gave away keys to others apartments. This is the sensitive topic. Saz isn't dead she's apart of this movie.
I think this whole movie is a movie within a movie within a tv show. The actors are just ploys. The real actors are our trio. The movie people have camera's on our trio as they try to solve a crime.
There has been a lot of talk about Oliver’s flash/brightness of screen… what if there is some type of rear window moment at the end with his flash “blinding” the killer like in Rear Window??
Amy Ryan (Jan) Richard Kind (Vince) are in the new movie Wolfs. It is about 2 fixers that are forced to work together. There is a scene of them using a luggage cart (like the one used at the Arconia ) to move a body and put it into the trunk of a car. This could be a clue that the killer doesn't have to be as strong to move a body. Perhaps the Westies are a group of fixers? Also, looking at the order of the apartments, Dudenoff's apartment has doors that could connect to the apartments on either side. Also, the name Dudenoff could be Dude enough, as in Sazz appeared enough like a dude to stunt double for men. Also, Sazz once joked about having a copy of everyone's keys. One theme running through all 4 seasons is family and members not always being who you think they are. Is Sazz Charles' sister? His father was tall and thin and was known for disappearing and being unfaithful. He was also trying to break into acting and had little Charles help him learn lines for auditions.
If you take a look in the bar, there is a Speed movie poster to the right of the Cobros poster. This peeked my interest because of what Oliver said in the last episode, “Pop quiz, hot shot!” which is a line in the movie “Speed.” Sandra bullock’s character is named Annie Porter. Annie “Porker”, anyone? However what is the connection? Could it be an old stuntman that has a vendetta?
So I think the answer to why the apartment sets needed to be built next to each other is that the DOORS can open BETWEEN the apartments! So the Westies can walk from one apartment into another horizontally and never have to walk out into the hallway! If what one person who commented here is right-and I think they are into something here-Dudenoff probably rented ONE BIG apartment and subdivided it into four, including his studio. So the residents can walk from one apartment to another from the INSIDE!
I think once we decide for sure who the target was, most other things will fall into place. It keeps coming up that these suspects have unexpected connections to Sazz, and we know Sazz was sniffing around strange places, so she is looking like the real target, right? I don't know, it seems a little too convenient that Sazz left this elaborate trail behind that leads right to the suspects. Whether this means the death or the clues or both are fake, still up in the air.
A Tin Hat theory based on ONE comment: In the quick list of things he has in common with Sazz, Charles says they share a rare blood type. In the genre of murder, that equates to people getting killed for their organ transplant possibilities. It's possible Charles or Sazz talked about this unique blood type in an interview. While shooting the target would be a risk, it would explain why someone went and took care of the body right away. Can't determine if they are missing organs if the body is just dust. And of course except for that one comment, nothing else is really pointing that way.
This observation is brilliant! Plus, I think illegal organ transplants are also often associated in the genre with waking up in a bathtub full of ice missing an organ, and there have been two important times we've discovered something odd/disturbing in a bathtub/shower: the ham (such a weird and gross place to keep food!), and the cute pig (pig valves can be used to replace human heart valves). I don't think this is the real motive for the murder, but it's a fantastic theory!
What if Loretta is Helga? We know she's good with accents after the 3rd season she could easily fake the accent that was on the ham radio, also she left right after sazz was killed. She had to have had help though someone left that note for Lester while everyone was in LA
I took note of the different badge numbers Charles (6819) and Sazz (6662) had on the set of Brazzos. A TV show from the 70's wouldn't have picked up that on camera, so it would have gone unnoticed back then. But could this be the writers giving a clue OR a nod to another great Hollywood reference which they have been adding in all season?
Just looked for a rudy thurber christmas workout video on the internet....nothing found unfortunately. I feel like the shows trying to move us away from the Westies a bit...with the workout story and the genuine pink eye, but I think its worth keeping an eye on them.
So, I just realized that maybe there may be a clue in the name Dudenoff. "Dude" no "ff". Two females instead of 1 male? There are countless references to 2 people or doubles throughout the show.
Ok... tinfoil hat theory.... The BROTHER SISTERS are like P said maybe triplets... so maybe just maybe season 3 was foreshadowing season 4? idk but I feel like I'm onto something.
@@DoublePMedia She's a woman. She has the accent. She's tall and slender like the woman with the blacked out face holding the pig in Vince Fish's picture.
Why hasn’t Tobert been mentioned all season? Also, I love the Loretta theory. Also, as I was rewatching season 3, I noticed Ben Glenroy and Charles had beef, then I was like what if Ben isn’t dead, or he has a twin? Then his stuntman shows up this episode! I think Sazz is definitely hiding and is tied with a lot of these characters we are meeting this season. Could the blood from her wound be pig blood? I assume fake blood, if she faked her death, wouldn’t show up with luminol.
This is just to add the the deep end theory for Loretta. She had hit on Charles so that Oliver can be scared enough to move with her to LA. She got Sazz killed by mistake 😂might actually be Scott Bakula. Right now besides Rudy being involved somehow. I just have a bad feeling that Howard will be the next victim if it isn’t Jan. They are giving him way too much focus.
I'm leaning towards Glenn Stubbins. Is it possible that he was actually Ben Glenroy's brother and not just his stunt double. Ben and Glenn? I mean, he is Ben's exact twin. Maybe Ben didn't even know he had another brother. Same father different (Irish) mother or a Parent Trap scenario where they were separated at birth? And it sounded like he blamed Charles for getting Ben killed. Now he's out of a job because his only "Face" was Ben. If he kills Charles's stunt person, then maybe he can take Sazz's place. In fact he does ask them if Charles needs a stunt man for his new movie. Then there's the Brazzos thing. Take out Sazz from Brazzos and you get Bro, as in Cobro or Brother. Is the Brothers Sisters name just a clue pointing towards "Brothers"?
The name Glenn Stubbins. Glenn means valley. Stubbins means land cleared of trees. Could this be a clue to Sazz's Paradise? In Charles visions or dreams Sazz is walking through a forest.
Oliver showed us how the door code spelled out "oh hell" , but I wanted to point out how the ham radio station 445 spells out "shh", is it because they're keeping secrets?
I feel Dr Maggie was in one sided love with Sazz and because Charles was stressing Sazz (she mentioned about a bad relationship), she tried to kill Charles but instead killed Sazz. And because she is a Chiropractor she is strong enough to carry Sazz's body to the incinerator. Also her voice resembles the voice on the ham radio. And the most important clue i have is in the promo when they show that a woman picks up the gun and aims, that looks exactly like her...
@DoublePMedia Bev & Brother Sisters might be involved with killing, removing the body, and cleaning up evidence... Plus, Bev is established to be bad with faces & she might have thought it was Charles in the flat.. One of Brother Sisters shot the rifle & another one removed the body
This might sound dumb I’m lowkey thinking that maybe somebody at the stunt bar is involved bc of that one bottle which was not a fake one which got smashed on Charles as they made it seem like an accident but that would be a good alibi to injure Charles. Plus they all looked pretty strong so wouldn’t struggle with moving the body. Also a long shot but maybe if a stunt double did it they are qualified enough to find a different way into the apartment that wouldn’t require them walking down the corridor to enter the dudenoff apartment. I am also lowkey convinced helga is the chiropractor bc of the massage with helga thing and I just got a vibe
So I have a new theory that Sazz (friends with her on Insta even though we never saw them meet) knew something 'sensitive' about Loretta and I think it might be to do with Dickie's father! I have no idea how it pieces together but in season 2, it's implied his father was a 'director from New York' and maybe he knew Sazz because of that and saw Loretta getting famous on Broadway etc and made the connection?! I don't know... working theory!! ALSO wondering if Prof Dudenoff worked on the pain Sazz was experiencing??? Maybe that Chiropractor recommended him and she'll come back into it again (great actress)!
Also! In terms of the map, the way the wall panel popped open this episode, I wonder if there are other secret doors and the door from eye patch guy's apartment (visible in the corner) leads to the Dudenoff place too??
Ι am gonna be honest i don't like the theory that Sazz is alive. Would i be happy if she is alive? Of course, i love her. Would it be a good writing choice? No. This season holds a lot emotional gravity and it showed us Charles hallucinating Sazz and their relationship. Sazz faking her death would be really f*cked up. I don't want writers to go that way. About the westies... They are suspicious. Wdym Dudenoff just let each of you pay just 200 dollars rent. They basically live there for free. I don't think they murdered Sazz but they hide something bigger. Maybe they killed Dudenoff. I also don't believe them when they said that Helga is crazy.
I feel the same! A fake death would be anticlimactic. But since the first episode, something's been off with Sazz's death... and fake death is one way the 'odd' feeling can make sense.
@cookiesandmilk686 This is also a fictional show the feelings of the trio isn't the deal. We still don't know what's going on cuz the writers aren't giving us much. I think the story is about the making of this movie about the trio. Saz is in the movie. She'll get a good cut of it and she can retire. In the shooting scene Charles real kitchen is different then in the shotting of Saz scene.
One thing I feel isn't being mentioned is the recurring element of Stunt People and by extension doubles. Like you have a mystery where a major factor is people who career it is to look like other people and being physically strong (I assume - anyway the should be able to lift Sazz body). Along with the directors for the Only Murder film being a pair of twin (maybe triplets) that hires actor for the main three and likely the other characters soon. I just feel it is weird nobody is bringing up the probability that at some point somebody is going to act as someone else in the story to trick the characters. I mean it is a classic mystery trick that they just set up perfectly and Ben Glenroy's stunt double being brought up should have clued us in to the possibility.
I think A*Machado is just an Easter egg, a reference to Antonio Machado who was big on symbolism. First time my useless degree (might've?) come in handy.
@@DoublePMedia Zach: "I once had an acting teacher who said, 'Finding your character is a lot like a detective finding a killer.' His thinking went you build this character piece by piece. What are their physical qualities? Their skills or special talents? Their motivations? You keep doing that, asking and answering a million questions, until there's only one person in the whole world who fits that description. Your character. Anyway, that's obviously bullshit. As a proud Greek man, presumably descended from Thespis himself, trust me when I say ACTING IS EASY."
@@DoublePMedia it seems a few clues may be pointing to an actor being involved. Whether it's an actual actor, an aspiring actor, or, as Zach said to close his monologue, someone where acting just comes easy to them.
Also, Loretta wrote "f*cking pig" on Ben's mirror in season 3, so... She could've been friends with them at that time and been influenced by all the pig stuff.
@@DoublePMedia oh yeah, mb, I remember that now, but still, it's probably reaching, but there was the whole thing where they thought it was her and now the Westies are obsessed with pigs, so maybe the pig thing is a callback to when they used Loretta as a red herring, so now all the Westies are red herrings too.
I haven’t been following a lot of OMITB recaps and theories, so I don’t know if this is either crazy-ignorant or commonly suggested, but my first thought about the “tinsel” was whether there’s any chance that it’s some kind of recording tape, similar to what comes out of a cassette tape or video. Both of those are usually black-brown, but could there be a type that’s silver?
I wonder if they are 'discounted' because they don't have windows that point toward Charles. But you ask the good question: are they subletting from Dudenoff?
Why couldn’t the opener clue be Oliver with a tablet? He brought it to the bar, he had it in the opening, I want to see the wonders Oliver can do with a tablet. I want to see him take out a criminal and beat the living cr*p out of them with a fricking tablet! Also, we can all safely assume Glen’s a masocist - and resembles alot like Jacksepticeye, love Rudd back though! (And I believe the reason he has a fear of rats was because Ben - his identical - was almost killed by RAT poison). Also, WHAT THE HECK, SHOW, YOU INTRODUCED ANOTHER GROUP OF CHARACTERS, WE’LL NEVER FIGURE OUT WHO THE MURDERER IS ON TIME! Michael’s acting was pretty good for the audition part, shame they’re not doing the aftershow, he was an amazing host. Right now, I believe NONE of them did it because I’m pretty sure by the half-way point of this godsforsaken Agatha Christie modern world television series, they will introduce ANOTHER GROUP! Maybe they’ll give us Sazz’s retirement group or perhaps original characters from the first two seasons or perhaps the next set of suspects will be in Charles’ mind because he has finally LOST it! After four murders, multiple breakups and falls through his career, plus living alone for most of his years, you couldn’t blame his mental state. My only thoughts during the ending: Oliver: Oh thank god, someone from the film industry! *Bev cocks gun* Me: *OH GOD, SOMEONE FROM THE FILM INDUSTRY!* 😰
Looks like you were right about Ben having a twin after all! Well, kind of. Is it possible that Sazz was planning to retire but only after being Scott Bakula's stunt double?
Wonder if the release years of the movies the episodes are named after are a clue? Thinking back, we’ve seen Oliver in flashbacks going back to 70’s & 80’s; but I can’t think of any flashbacks going back into 60’s…
My theory is that this is just a Hollywood stunt. Sazz is alive, she was hired by the movie people to make the og 3 think that there was another murder and that way they would have more content to work for for the movie
@DoublePMedia definitely not! What a busybody! But I agree with you on the apartment alignment theory. The title has murders and building in it, that structure has proven shady thus far and it's about to get a lot more ominous I think. Noticed how noone, and I mean noone is their best self in there? Everybody's stuck, they're all frozen people - nobody's really becoming anything or coming into themsleves. Mable's caught in it too. Anyway, can't wait to see what exposition Bev will bring forth next episode. Maybe she's a doppelganger too. But she surely will be a conduit to the Hollywood connection in all this. See ya next week!
Did anyone notice that in the Brazzo's flashback scene the police badges that Charles and Sazz are wearing have different numbers. Charles on had 6819 and Sazz's one had 6662. If the were portraying the same character shouldn't the police badge have the same number.
OKAY I’M LOST - What do you think Episode 5 taught us about WHO DID IT?
This season is very good so far but I am also hopelessly lost and confused I may as well be in the white room now 😭 great video as always double P!
Hey i think i know who did it so
In the trailer we see a person with a sniper and there leg up on the raiditor the shoe is the same as the brother sisters idk why they would of done it but say one of them shot sazz then the other sister carryed sazz out
Also while watching this video i saw that one of the sisters had a cam so could be good with a sniper/good eyesight
I’m so lost , but I’m loving this season 😂
@@Slimydiagram I think we’re seeing a movie within a movie. They are developing a movie about the trio. Saz did her part in this so called movie. To make the rest they need the trio to approve the rights. In the movie Charles is dead. We see Saz takes the fall. Saz is still alive.
It’s suspicious that they flyer was slid under the door once Howard was left alone. They knew a chance at fame was all he needed to lure him out the room.
That's got to be it... who?
I definitely thought the same about the flyer .
@@DoublePMediaI think the ham cult crew 😂 seeing as how they were in there when Mabel ran back
@THEEWAHWAH the person that slipped the paper then walked to the left.

Ghost Sazz is really trying to help Charles solve who did it
She needs to help me - I'm lost :)
I wonder is zass charles older sibling. We don't really know very much his upbringing except his dad was arrested

I did too!!! I laughed so hsrd
Me too! I recognised his voice in the beginning, loved that he returned!
It was weird! A look a like would of been better and they could of gotten an actual Irish actor because the accent was a little off.
That's how they brought back Ben from the dead. ;)
Regarding the person that liked Sazz’s photo the day she died, “machado” is a Portuguese word and it means axe, it might not be a coincidence since dudenoff is allegedly in Portugal
Oh snap!!!
I was thinking this too. We're back to Portugal.
You say that how come hollywood executives know about the secret passages? (sorry my english, its my second language), but Jan told Charles that she knows about them because they mention them on the podcast! so now everyones knows!

I know we are over the theory that Sazz faked her death , but what is she faked her death to finally live with Jan. We don't see jan anymore but she still made an appearance to let us know she escaped. And seeing that stunt double of ben reminded me of the twin theory we had in S3
Also , if you watch the trailer again , you can see that the person aiming at Charles apartments have the same boots as one of the girls who was auditioning Howard.
Good thoughts! I've had that possibility in the back of my mind too -- The only way to get the police to think Jan wasn't part of it, was to make Charles think Jan had no idea of the plot.
@@DoublePMedia exactly !! Love your videos on OMITB btw !
Thanks for the shout out! And can't believe all the pig references in season 3 😮
This is so detailed, WOW... I wouldn't have seen or noticed half the things from 1-4 you have observed.. also my second or third time watching
(Lol)
Did Bev help Sazz get the money to buy it? You're thinking the correct things
Another pig reference was Charles defending himself from Jan with a small ceramic pig
YES! Having the FBI take over is preventing Det. Williams from helping the podcast trio... and me! :)
fireplaces?
Yes! I just wrote something similar to this before I read your post! Great call about dividing the apartments from one big one! That way, they can access the Studio to shoot out the window without walking into the hallway at all! They all can walk through all the apartments through connecting doors from apartment to apartment!

Loretta does seem suspicious, but would the show have both Charles and Oliver be in relationships with killers?
My thoughts exactly! I love the Loretta theory and a lot lines up, but another storyline of a main character’s lover being the villain would feel a bit overplayed.
The Loretta theory sounds crazy/probably is crazy - but enough clues piled up that I had to put it in the video
If I'm remembering correctly, Lucy's Mom's name was Emma.
A pig cookie, Charles ex wife is named pookie
Thank you! That is a wicked, yet logical motive!
Another possibility could be that the sniper bugged the Oliver's apartment as part of prep recon work. Which could explain why the assassin thought the person going into Charles' apartment was Charles and not Sazz.
You had me right up until the Loretta theory! The only person she might kill for is her son, and I don't she how/why that would happen with Charles/Sazz. I don't see her having the strength to hold a gun that size, let alone move Sazz's body. I still think it was an accident.
Loretta is not that broken up about Oliver not wanting to move to LA with her. It’s a flimsy motive.
By this point in every season I’ve had a decent theory with clues about who did it. This season, however, I don’t feel like we have any solid clues. Maybe it’s because I haven’t rewatched any episodes like I did with previous seasons, but I definitely feel a bit lost this season. By biggest theory is Sazz is alive or Bakula did it
BAKULA!!!! LOL - I'm lost and need a great clue
Don't call attention to our mortality, Peggy Our U.S. bones can't survive on Charles' omelets alone :).
All the references to Pigs, it's Fishy
I can see Loretta. I didn't expect Jan mostly cuz how she easily infiltrated Mabel, Charles, and Oliver. Also Oliver really didn't like Jan, and she turned out to be the muderer, and now Oliver suspect Loretta for the same "paranoia reason", it would make for a great twist.
Also Meryl Streep was the antagonist in Devil Wears Prada's, and its a band, so that is even more suspicious.
100% Meryl was deliciously evil in Devil Wears Prada
@@DoublePMedia Great movie.

Perhaps they are siblings too. Same rare blood type.
If the whole floor needed to be build at the same time, I'd guess we'll eventually get some sort of one-take of the murder. Not sure any clues can necessarily be gleaned from that prospect, but who knows?
Oh how I love The Loretta theory. I really hope that pans out That would be epic
They might have secret compartments at the Westie building
Like the Agatha Christie’s novel - Murder on the Oriental Express.
You and me both! But I can't do it alone, I need your help on the Clue Crew :)
Such a great theory! I would love that!
There was another attempt to kill Charles with a real bottle during the funeral wasn't it ?I think Charles is a target still.
There will be another attempt on Charles for sure
We know she’s obsessive about stuff considering how she was with her son and the scrap book, if they reveal she was obsessed with Oliver and basically orchestrated their relationship ill be all for it
I'm having trouble believing the Loretta theory... but in specific details, it does match up.
She also called Ben f*%€ ing pig.
Ben doesn’t come back but his body double does.
Yo, you look just like CoBro!
Bev Melon was blinded by charles Ipad light...
Fire tape and tinsel essentially the same Thing and they both maintain the same integrity as each other
Also, if you think of tinfoil like piece of mopping paper and you fold it, if you needs to stick it together you want use something sticky. I know become sticky if it breaks up. So there is my theory.
I also rewatched season 3 episode 5 - Sazz mentions the ham radio and that someone was saying that they had hoped it was Charles dead and not Ben.
Second: Sazz was in so much pain... maybe she told someone she couldn't be in the movie because of it and someone decided to end the pain(?)
Remember she called Bev to tell her something was off with her movie, so she already knew about it.
Don't shake it :) Bev and Sazz would make perfect sense
@@DoublePMedia if Bev wants to get to Sazz, who better to hire than Charles? Maybe that’s why she was doubling for Bakula, to not be available?
Why did she fake her death? To escape Jan? To run away with Jan? To uncover something?
To give Charles a new podcast to work on!
I'm iffy on the Westies / I know there's still more to their deal.
And yes Loretta Theory is in flat-Earth crazy space!
Just suscribed! hammy faye being in the lesbian brothers's tournament as a caddy is a great hint. It makes us sure Sazz knew the westies and she is either the 6th person in the picture or the one that took it
We have one slot left and I think Helga is Loretta, and the arms that keep popping up in her posts are Rudy's. Loretta's accents are not perfect , but maybe good enough to trick the westies
THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING! I agree with you - Helga is a big outstanding question.
Re. Loretta theory, it also makes sense to have Oliver keep talking about her, to remind viewers of her characters relevance. Otherwise, we could get to the end and it would be a shock they brought her back out of nowhere. Instead, you have his little sprinkles of her memory every episode - a few times an episode ;) reminding us of her
Is there ANYWAY that this could be true? That Loretta could be the killer???
The order of the apartments probably has to do with how the bullet was fired into Charles apartment- the angle.
When we heard about “Helga” I thought; she must be the last person in that photo of the Westies in the previous episode. I wondered if Bev might actually be Helga. 🤷♀️
Plus I found it interesting how Bev seemed so interested in Howard all of a sudden.
100% Bev wants to keep Howard close
Thank you, as I mentioned, you don't need ham radios to run a rent scam
@@DoublePMedia You don't, and there's no paper trail. Only pig truffles?
Order of the apartments.
When Oliver and Mabel first get on the floor they visit to interview the apartments as they walk down the hall…and end up not getting to Christmas Guy the same time as the others. So either something in between that time and him is involved or something that happened to either allow Mabel and Eva Longoria go there for a specific reason.
Did Mabel actually record any of the interview with Christmas Guy?
Wait, Sazz's Helga note is written on a 5 1/2 Lesbian Brothers calendar/schedule sheet?! The subtlety of the clues is magnificent this season. It's in direct contrast to the bombacity of most characters' in the show.
Another possible Hitchcock reference is the Christmas TRAIN + Perfect STRANGERS theme song = Strangers on a Train?
YES!
Great theory. Nothing's Gonna Stop You now! (jumping high-five)
That would be BRILLIANT!
I saw them on the red carpet for Wolfs - and I thought, stay safe Clooney!
As you said back in one of the other seasons, it could be more than one person committed the crime 😊😊
Did anyone else notice that Mr Fish doesn’t have an eye patch on the group photo?
DANG - that could be like that Michael Crichton movie 'Coma' - killed for their organs.
Charles also put this clue on the murder board. They are in the Red Cross Hall of Fame for having AB- RHnull.
What if Loretta is Helga? We know she's good with accents after the 3rd season she could easily fake the accent that was on the ham radio, also she left right after sazz was killed. She had to have had help though someone left that note for Lester while everyone was in LA
Loretta as Helga would be an INCREDIBLE reveal. But does that mean she dated Christmas All The Time Rudy?
as you explained the apartments it made me realize that there will be secret tunnels attached to the bathrooms
Here we go!
Which of Brothers Sisters Triplets Did It? Charles thought he had a tongue twister before :)
Helga is Dr. Maggie the Chiropractor.
Could be -- why do think?
The Arconia Moriarty is going to be a combo of Oscar, Alice, Tobert and Theo - Mabel's ex's come together for revenge :)
@@DoublePMediaplot twist! What if the arm around Loretta is Tobert!
@@DoublePMedia now that you mention it, Charles’s ex’s keep getting brought up in later seasons, why aren’t Mabel’s?
Thank you!
You've given me a chill by implying Howard will be a victim --- No!!!
Also, could Sazz writing "Tap In" on the floor be her way of trying to tell Charles that the killer was also a stunt man?
The name Glenn Stubbins. Glenn means valley. Stubbins means land cleared of trees. Could this be a clue to Sazz's Paradise? In Charles visions or dreams Sazz is walking through a forest.
Oliver showed us how the door code spelled out "oh hell" , but I wanted to point out how the ham radio station 445 spells out "shh", is it because they're keeping secrets?
amen!
Dr Maggie is strong enough - great point!
A. Machado could be a reference to Antonio Machado, a famous Spanish poet
Maybe Sazz took the photo & Loretta was in the photo.. That's how they know each other
MARK! Smart thought!
My guts tells me the stunt people might come back as the heroes.
@@DoublePMediayh that probably makes more sense aha
Last one! I wonder if the sauce family daughter, Ana is it, was training to be a stunt person and Sazz was helping as a woman?!!
A passage into the Dudenoff would be smart. Arresting Vince, and then having Charles take his place in the 'Oh Hell' game - that'd be a nice ending
I keep thinking about Charles's driver in LA. Hid his face. Feels suspicious. Looks reminded me of Doc Brown from Back to Future.
Yes... when will they reveal themselves....
@cookiesandmilk686
This is also a fictional show the feelings of the trio isn't the deal.
Got me thinking about that. Have we seen someone where we assume it's one person, but its actually someone else? (the limo driver?)
@@DoublePMedia He was coughing, but was it due burning a body?
I think A*Machado is just an Easter egg, a reference to Antonio Machado who was big on symbolism.
First time my useless degree (might've?) come in handy.
The Loretta theory is especially interesting when you consider Zack Galifianakis' monologue in the opening of Ep 3.
Trapped at work... remind me
@@DoublePMedia
Zach:
"I once had an acting teacher who said, 'Finding your character is a lot like a detective finding a killer.' His thinking went you build this character piece by piece.
Could the tinsel be wrapping string which was Lorettas day job...think Oliver is in for heartache sadly..
Oliver doesn't deserve such pain!
Also, Loretta wrote "f*cking pig" on Ben's mirror in season 3, so...
She could've been friends with them at that time and been influenced by all the pig stuff.
I think Ben wrote the 'f-ing pig" message on his mirror because he was upset he was breaking his diet with Schmackary cookies
I've mentioned it on a video / though I have no idea what type of video/audio cassette it would be. It makes sense for the season
Hey! About the West Tower, 14th floor, Who lives in the apartments across the corridor?
I wonder if they are 'discounted' because they don't have windows that point toward Charles. But you ask the good question: are they subletting from Dudenoff?
@@DoublePMedia Alfonso says: "Every apartment on this floor was rented by Professor Dudenoff years ago".
My only thoughts during the ending:
Oliver: Oh thank god, someone from the film industry!
*Bev cocks gun*
Me: *OH GOD, SOMEONE FROM THE FILM INDUSTRY!* 😰
Oliver going 'ham' with his tablet would be brilliant!
Looks like you were right about Ben having a twin after all! Well, kind of. Is it possible that Sazz was planning to retire but only after being Scott Bakula's stunt double?
LOL - next year we'll see a Ben triplet :)
Yes, Sazz would retire after Bakula work, smart
Wonder if the release years of the movies the episodes are named after are a clue? Thinking back, we’ve seen Oliver in flashbacks going back to 70’s & 80’s; but I can’t think of any flashbacks going back into 60’s…
My theory is that this is just a Hollywood stunt. Sazz is alive, she was hired by the movie people to make the og 3 think that there was another murder and that way they would have more content to work for for the movie
Lots of clues - now we'd have to learn WHY she did it
Do we know the last name of the sauce family? Maybe Ana is A Machado?
Here we go! Love that idea!
Howard sauntering in exactly where eveyone is at everytime - no knock, no warning, is really taking me out
Wouldn't you like to live like Howard
Brazzos - worst continuity on TV! :)
