If it’s Glenn or Marshall I will be disappointed they haven’t had that much screen time but I have no idea who it is. If it is Loretta I wouldn’t mind it because we saw her a lot in season three.
I like your analysis for "A Few Good Men" where you theorized that Sazz's murder is the work of a mastermind & an accomplice! This actually lines up with a theory I've had since episode 5 where Bev is the mastermind and Rudy is the assassin. There's been quite a few clues/hints that Rudy was the person writing the threats to the trio & Jan (E written as a backwards 3 on Rudy's abs, and the Bodega ledger handwriting at 21:44 of ep 7). Rudy uses "ground deer hoof" in his eggnog, suggests that he was also a hunter. And Sazz was shot right after she called Bev saying there was a problem with her movie. I don't think that was a coincidence.
As far as good shooters go, that could be Rudy(the hunter), or Charles sister's husband( the cop). We still dont know who the cop is from Season 1. The 1 that didn't turn in the tox screen request, or Tim's phone in for analysis. Detective Williams wondered who the cop is, & why he wanted the case closed.
Another important question is, where is Rudy's gun? The one on his wall was a fake, but if he is a hunter, he must have a real gun somewhere too, that hasn't been seen at any point during the season.
I took thought it odd Big Mike got to narrate before we saw him and that rifle shot seems military or cop. But that would be weird to have someone we never knew try to kill Charles and Sazz gets it and that person is motivated by what??? Doreen's spleen, making the cops look dumb OR what? Need more ...
I think Glen is the final red herring. If he is the murderer, then who shot him in the head? He obviously didn't do it himself. He might know something important to finding the murderer though, which is why he was shot in the first place.
It is definitely interesting that he was shot! If he was a part of Sazz’s murder, maybe this was the other person’s way of trying to tie up loose ends 👀
Being Sazz's protege, she may have told him the problem with the OMITB movie. I think he was shot for the same reason Sazz was shot, to keep the problem with the movie a secret, so that the movie does not get cancelled. And the person with the most to lose with the movie's cancellation is Bev.
I feel like since Loretta and Oliver are getting married at the Arconia and in a week, their wedding will be when the Season 5 victim is revealed. Honestly, since Loretta is MERYL STREEP, I can’t see her staying around forever. I wouldn’t be shocked if SHE was the Season 5 victim. Killed by the mastermind behind it all.
My money is on Loretta being murdered at her wedding. It will set-up a very, very emotional Season 5; with the Trio invested more that ever before in solving the crime, and bringing the killer to justice.
@WhiteRaven696 I can't imagine the show would kill off Loretta. Oliver has had a hard life with jobs failing and no money coming in that losing Loretta would be a bad idea for the show
Another good recap of the episode-and interesting ideas. I have two observations. First, the reference to “A Few Good Men” with Rudy giving a very long monologue is a very good catch by you. Without spoiling the film: the two Marines who are on trial, were “used” to commit a crime by the Real Villain of the story. It makes me wonder if Dudenoff is somehow NOT dead, and used the Westies to set up his Escape Plan/Disappearance. Given all the “doubles” and “twins” that we’ve seen all this season, could Dudenoff have made a switch? Did the Westies wait and watch him die? Did they record the video, then left him alone to die in peace, and return an hour or two later-and cremated a dead body that was not Dudenoff. And, is Dudenoff the Big Bad who has been trying to get the Trio to stop their Podcast because it will lead to exposing him as a Murderer or Serial Killer? How did Dudenoff's wife die? The whole looking into neighbors apartments, through their windows is right out of Hitchcock's "Rear Window," the plot of which is: did a neighbor murder his wife? Second comment. Episode 9 is the ONLY episode this season that’s not titled after a REAL movie. There is no movie titled “Escape from Planet Klongo.” The closest thing is “Escape from the Planet of the Apes.” So, why/what happens in episode 9-that makes it different from ALL the other episodes this season? Is episode 9 the only episode where nothing is fiction; whereas the other episodes contained lots of red-herrings? That’s all I’ve got.
Great catch that episode 9 isn’t a real movie! I love your idea that this is the only episode where nothing is fiction. I think there must be a reason why they named this episode differently!
@@DCookStaVideo Yes, the "setting" of the episode may be at a fake "location" (a movie set); but what if all of the CLUES we get in episode 9 are REAL, whereas in all the other episodes there were Fake Clues/Red-herrings. Bottom line: maybe the Trio & the Viewers should not rely on everything we see/are told as True. Just a thought.
If the killer of Sazz is someone from the stunt comm, then they are not the person who has been messing with them since S1. And I dont think it can be Howard, since we saw Howard learning about The Westies scam and being surprised. If Howard was behind it all, he we know this. My bet is on Lester. My back up is "out of left field", The Super. Oh and I dont think Glen killed Sazz. Im going with Marshall.
If the writers "land" this finale, they should take a bow. 8 of 10 episodes out, and the vast majority of the interwebs can't definitively state who the target was and/or corresponding motivation, let alone who the killer(s) is/are. Szn 4 has a lot of "twins" / duplicates. Szn 4 is basically "twinning" Szn 1. Not only in theme(s), notably loneliness, but also story structure. Szn 1's breakthrough was the quick google of Exotic Instruments, finding out it wasn't a sex toy but a bassoon cleaner. Szn 4's breakthrough will be that silver "tinsel". I'm going to guess it's a locksmith's shimming material. Given we know nothing about Helga, it's fruitless to guess her ties to others and/or motivations. I think it'd be cute if she were sleeping with Tim Kono, and that's why he broke up with Jan, who subsequently killed him because she thought he was possibly seeing someone else, egged on by the discovery of the emerald ring.
I think this whole thing is a movie. Everything we're seeing is Bev's,Marshall's, and brother's sisters movie. Dudenoff didn't die and everyone is playing a role. Not sure if our trio know this.
@@jaclynhilliard8877like they are on traumatic candid camera? That's too far for this show I think and wouldn't they stop once they realize a real murder occured?

Really curious who the killer is and why, because the theories out there are wild this season. One of my faves is that it's Glenn but it's really CoBro, and the real Glenn got killed in his stead last season.
I wonder who the killer is has there been somebody who’s connected to Charles and ex-girlfriend away like the daughter of like the daughter that was that child Charles ex-girlfriend that left him in season one or the ex-husband of that lady or whatever somebody on the film is somewhat connected to the old girlfriend from season one got it
There are 2 signatures in the cash checking ledger( that Howard looks at) that have the name Cookie after them. Cookie is on the murder board. Cookie left Charles for Sazz. Sazz & Cookie had a 20+ years relationship.
My theory is the shooting (killing?) of Sazz is NOT connected to the multi-year vendetta against the Trio. The making of a film about the Trio's early (first season?) case may be the Catalyst for the Big Bad trying to shut up the Trio--but, I'm really convinced that the shooting of Sazz is because she contributed to the script, and Marshall didn't want to share the credit with her.
Ok here is my take on it I think possibly Glen is Ben. I don’t think he’s a killer I mean he could be. I actually think it’s somehow Lester behind it far reach I know but maybe he was the 6th ave slayer all along he could possibly have motives of why he doesn’t like Charles since he is close in age as him is it possible since Lester said he always wanted to be an actor but it didn’t pan out he became a drunk is it possible that he tried out for the roll as brasso and they casted Charles instead and that’s why he’s had it out for him. I have a big feeling in the last episode that the wedding will take place outside near that fountain that cadiver dog of Howard’s will dig up a body near the fountain.
