Appreciate your channel. State QSO parties are another good place to apply recently learned/developing CW skills.

Thank you for your vids. I have to ask. I have been practicing cw for a while.,so the question is ,should I learn it without writing?I have been practicing now without writing ,I catch a word once in a while. But not to theroil.I. Have a bad Internet signal ,very slow comes and goes so joining long Island Cw club is out of the Question I think. Any suggestions? Thank you...Don...KI5CDQ

If you are still learning characters, I would try to write them down just to reinforce. If you know your character is already and want to start to capture words, try to do it in your head. I think a combination of both might be great, but keep practicing!
