Hi Sheshadri,forgive me if I'm wrong,you added the whole nutmeg when roasting the spices,you have to crack it and get the nutmeg out then use a grater to get a bit of it or the curry will be over powered by its aroma,put slits on the meat before marinating,you are a good cook and have good cooking skills too,Bless your mummy for bringing up three beautiful,talented daughters,Good luck with all your future endeavors ❤️👍😋🌿🌹🌿🌹
