Thank you so much! In fact I did capture some of the challenge course in video but am wary to include it because of my nemesis 😩. But yes, it was a great week and I can be a crafty devil at times. Thanks again Sis!

Unrelated to the topic of the video, but I first found your channel based on the Brothers Karamakov and Oliver Twist reviews. Then I saw the other videos, and I was very interested. It's always interesting to see the experience of other expat teachers (maybe especially who have foreign partners from that area).
That's so random, I always wondered if there was any crossover between my book reviews and other videos. Thank you for sharing that with me.

You are a great teacher Ryan and I have to say with your effort, level, and consistency you will go very far in this career field.
That's very kind of you to say! I'm always trying my best to bring the best experience to my students and hopefully things continue well at my current school.
@@ryfree For sure you are a natural in your area and it is crazy how well you do with the students. Also you seem to have very good traits as an actor. Have you tried getting acting role parts in Taiwan for shows, films, or commercials?
@@tajcoffee1908 Well I certainly appreciate that and I'm happy to be able to use my talents here as much as possible. I haven't looked into the acting scene here as I used to do it in China and Japan and always found it to be quite the hassle. Really cool and good money sometimes, but lots of traveling for auditions where you wait with 100 other people in hopes of getting a role is brutal. That said, I don't really know what it's like here and I might just see for myself. Thanks for the recommendation!
When you are back in the States you should apply for Survivor
Funnily enough, I nearly got on back around 2010. They had a 'Sears Video Contest' and my video was selected for the top 10 which was then voted on and the #1 got to be on the show. Casting sent me over 100 pages of documents to read and sign and I talked with them on the phone. Although I didn't necessarily expect to win that contest, I grew suspicious that casting was dishonest about the process. Firstly, they shrouded the voting numbers in secrecy and the guy who won had one of the least interesting videos in the contest. Casting also seemed a little disappointed that I wasn't gay (which they assumed I was from my video 🥲). But I may try again if I move back to the states or hell, maybe I'll try from here and just fly back if I get selected. Thanks Todd!

Goodness gracious, you're quite lucky in that. I really enjoy meeting a cast of characters but sometimes the tensions can become quite unbearable.
