Please know that while the main Islamic principles are the same, every Muslim community/ country has its own culture، traditions, food, clothes, etc. in honoring and celebrating Ramadan, Eid, holidays, weddings, funerals, etc. .. It’s important to mention which Muslim culture you’re referring to in this video. It looks like Indian culture to me. although I’m not sure. We don’t do that in Arab Muslim countries.
