      not for me. This looks the most plain vanilla car Honda has ever made , and that's bad bcuz Honda has an overly staid/conservative/dorky rep ,unlike toyota/lexus which really broke out of its shell over time. This car is identical almost to the VW's over the past 4-8 yrs. Yuk

    Honda deserves credit for retaining physical climate controls however their infotainment screen at 9 inchs looks pretty weak and almost dated already when bulk of opposition are now typically 11-12 inch at a minimum (at least on higher spec cars ) especially given suggested pricing...

But it should have looked a little bit taller as judging by what is being said, if you get a person over 6 foot tall, head room would be a big issue at the back! • @maff257
    @maff257 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    This will be too expensive if the pricing turns out to be correct. Also puts it into the premium road fund licence bracket, which is bound to put private buyers off. Honda seem to believe many current CR-V owners will buy a ZR-V instead but I think they may be sadly mistaken. The new ZR-V sits lower and the styling is not that attractive, obviously designed in the US to compete with the Ford Escape (Kuga) as has similar styling. Honda Europe always make the mistake of thinking they have a premium product and price it that way but when you drive one it doesn't feel all that premium. Current CR-V has rattly plastics and lots of tyre noise for example.

    • @davidanderson8469
      @davidanderson8469 ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting observation about the tyre noise. Our 2005 Pilot has lousy noise isolation be it road noise or wind. Great vehicle but I drove a 2023 Subaru Forester VCT and I found it very quiet.

    We bought an HRV. Smaller engine but the principle is the same. It’s really very good, better than my last car which was an excellent yet flawed Suzuki. We are getting around 62mpg in slowish local driving, and yet I still got a speeding ticket when I really do not want to speed. I was afraid to brake because I didn’t want to lose momentum, I think. We wanted the Crosstar Jazz thingy and even ordered one, and the following day were told that they couldn’t get our car for at least a year… I’ll be dead soon so that was ridiculous. Anyway, the Honda system is superb.

    Changed from a crv to a Volvo xc 60. Loved the crv but the Volvo is miles ahead in everything!!

    Not sure whats going on here, What Car praising a not VAG product, but still some glaring biased. The What Car CX-60 review was hard on the Mazda, but it was first not to cannibalise boot space for batteries - which is larger anyway, has a 2.5T towing capacity vs the Hondas 1.5T. What Car also compared the CX-60 to it's premium rivals - but the Honda gets a free pass here despite the projected price. What has Mazda done to upset you all? Can see why other non-print channels have a larger subscriber base - time to re-adjust that biased?

      Bro why do you ask for large internal size within crv's suv segment? If you need to carry tons of stuff get a pick up truck.

    Honda is just too greedy with its pricing at the moment,if shop around you can get a new C5 air cross for £25000

    Damn, I was waiting for this to hit in Australia, but wanting a 7 seat option for kids etc. makes me wonder if I should jump on the current model, 7 seat option as it’s reasonably priced atm

    I just don't get it. The regular hybrid is AWD and the PHEV is FWD? So weird.
