40hz will barely be audible.. same applies for all these party speakers.. Even LG OK99 does the same thing.. But only JBL Partybox 1000 seems to actually dig deep and low! Like in 30s! Not sure about port tuning..
Get McCauley M421 or Bassboss Kraken Quad 21 or Danley TH812.. they are few which can do your 30hz at 0db.. maybe 14hz -10dB.. even Procella Audio V21 are great!
