Click here for written step by step instructions bit.ly/3RIUCks Personally I find written instructions easier to follow when I'm out working in the garage. My goal is to create written instructions to accompany all of my TH-cam DIY's.
Bro I remember when you were starting TH-cam you were at like 20k subs when I subscribed. I own a Honda lol but I always love the quality of your videos and DIY projects they give me inspiration for my car. Thanks keep up the good work!
so i watched your video on swapping your steering wheel. i really enjoy the look but i have a 2014 f30 328i... no paddle shifters. ive heard that a paddle shifter steering wheel can be retro fit i was wondering what specific steering wheel you have and if it would work in my 328i also. im fine with the version of my steering wheel with paddle shifters but i dont if the paddle shifter swap you did would also work with this steering wheel being that it has differently styled shift levers.
did you ever find out an answer to this? i just got a 2013 328xi (first car) with M sport but no paddles and was wondering the same thing. i found a post on the forums about it but it's a lot of stuff i don't understand. all i know is that i loved my dad's paddles in his F10
@@justinbuice Got it, thank you! I have a custom steering wheel but it looks OEM and I want to keep that look. Maybe they'll have something for me in the future.
I literally have these on my racing sim. I just don’t get why there £450… my whole fully carbon F1 wheel with these shifters was £200 which makes the BMW version feel like a rip off.
Hello Justin, I’m looking to get my first car and I’m thinking of getting the 330e plug in hybrid 2017/2018 would you recommend or should I just get a full petrol or Diesel engine
It was wet when I filmed the intro clips and traction control kept kicking in and limiting power. I just drove on dry pavement today and it was shifting normally 🤷🏻♂️ I still plan to get XHP though

That click would drive me insane
Can’t wait to take delivery of my 340i on Tuesday, it has all m performance trim and these would top it off amazingly 🤩 thanks for the vid!
Congrats on the car, you will love it!

Thanks for sticking around this long! That must have only been my 2nd year on TH-cam!
Small channels are the best
Yeaaaaaaa buddy 🚀🚀🚀
No longer own my bmw but, I enjoy your videos
Thanks for sticking around 🙏
I got similar magnetic paddles on my fanatec f1 wheel! Pretty cool that they’re now available for cars.
Nice! I was looking at those wheels while researching this video and didn’t realize how crazy those setups can get!
The carbon just look great and it sounds solid.👊🇳🇱🇳🇱
Allen wrench !! That worked great for me !! Thanks man !
I loveeeee the sound of those! Such a nice subtle mod! Video came out great as always babe!
Its so expensive at 450
aliexpress 100, same stuff
U sure? @@BasRikken
@@Aurora1337onYT100% that’s where all these bmw drop shippers get their things
Another solid video 🤝🏽
Thanks! 🙏
I installed magnetic paddles on my f30 but for some reason they do not work/shift. Idk if i connected anything wrong … help

Hey great video as always! I see these paddles for around 350 on many other sites but Kies has them for 450. Does anyone understand why?
I saw that too. Just bought the aluminum version for my M340i directly from JQWERKS & MADTRACE directly and total was $432
Always been a automatic type of guy so I can smoke my blunt 😉
Hi, could you give me feedback 11 months after installation? Does it still work well? Any flaws?
Just subbed 🙏🏽
Welcome to my channel 🤝
I'm a carbon fiber shift paddle manufacturer, any chance of cooperation?
Not for everyone I guess, I find it annoying, I prefer the xhp lol
Almostttt makes me wish I had the DCT 😉
😂 honestly if I could do it again I would have got a manual
@@justinbuice honestly modern automatics like yours are best of both worlds - i doubt i would ever get the manual.
Is it possible to fit 360 OEM camera to BMW? Couldn’t find anything online
Hey you selling your previous setup?
5:55
Good bmw engine light moment there 🤣
Typical 😂
Might be a silly question - can I use these with the stock paddles? I would like to get these but I like having the OEM look.
That’s a great question, they wont work because the part that attaches the paddle to the hinge is a different shape on the stock one
@@justinbuice Got it, thank you! I have a custom steering wheel but it looks OEM and I want to keep that look. Maybe they'll have something for me in the future.

I agree they are pricy. The stock BMW paddles that come one the car are $550 for the pair if you ever needed to replace them

Hey, I don't have any experience with diesel or hybrid BMW's. I've only owned petrol ones.
Do you have XHP? Why is there a shift delay?
I do not. That’s on my list
@@justinbuice XHP is a must. The difference is night and day, i went stage 3 XHP and it has transformed my car.
It was wet when I filmed the intro clips and traction control kept kicking in and limiting power. I just drove on dry pavement today and it was shifting normally 🤷🏻♂️ I still plan to get XHP though
@@justinbuice dam that was with non xhp. Impressive
my dream car is bmw 340i 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
Good automotive
Idk why but I feel like these take longer to shift

A tocar las castañuelas....
😂😂😂
450 dollars 🥴😂
The original BMW paddles that come on the car are like $550 (new) if you ever had to replace them
@@justinbuice that’s ridiculous
Ohh..ur not e90 . Kept upgrade . Kept forgetting the past that making up on u . Kept up
What?
Are you looking to sell the old paddles by any chance? Tried messaging on IG to no avail.
Thanks,
hey what is your IG? I checked my messages but didn't see anything about paddles. Although sometimes messages can get lost in there
