If there were destructable buildings similar to the cutting mechanic in Metal Gear Rising, this would probably be cooler, but even without that it feels kinda like Gundam meets Armored Core
I've tried this on PS5 and my main gripe is the lack of battlefield damage. These are four story war machines, I have a hard time believing that a shot from a beam rifle doesn't blow up a truck or doesn't at least leave a mark on the side of a building, or at least a bream saber leaving a glowing slash mark.. I hope that changes later. I'm not expecting to level city blocks but maybe some blast marks at least, or at least minor damage like blowing up small vehicles.
Battlefield damage would definitely be very cool, attention to detail like the anime, heat slash marks or bullet holes delt on the MS and the surroundings after damage would definitely give the game a different feel (in a good way) i think I'd love to see something like this implemented in the next GBO game!

Doubt it'll get a mobile version, the PC version coming out later requires the top of the line kind of specs just to play it, so a mobile version is likely never gonna happen.
@@kinglon3 there is no way this game requires top of the line specs to play, it has the graphics of a 2010 game. It must be very very poorly optimized if it requires top of the line because mobile ganes have graphics as good as this.

The dumbest fucking thing I’ve seen in a game with such potential is the cooldown times for every single weapon. Even melee has a several second CD after a single swing. You did a good job of making it look fun and playable. But it isn’t.
I usually never have a problem with weapon cool downs, some units may have different weapon cool downs, some slow and some fast, if you're usually using something like a support unit, take the FAZZ for example, the cool down for its large beam cannon thing is long because its a very heavy attack, im using the Hyaku Shiki, which is raid, so cool down times are much faster, but i guess people have their own opinions on the game, i personally think its very fun
My guy, this isn't the type of game where you spam moves. This game rewards careful and deliberate choice of moves, and when to use each attacks, instead of spamming it like a maniac.
I know that Armored Core is inspired by MSG, but how on earth can they compare!? Everything about these suits are boring, clunky and worst of all, poorly advertised as if they were just some sort of visual demonstration and nothing else. Heck, Titan fall- who also draws inspiration from MSG, advertises its gameplay WAAAY better than MSG and that was back during the Xbox 360 days. How can the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise have far more attention and a heap load more funding for game development compared to Armored Core? It is a friggin cess pool that has been going nowhere since it's first release and it is dragging everyone else who took inspiration from it down with them.
You can't even compare titanfall and gundam games. titanfall is first person not everything mech related is inspired by gundam lmao. the titans are more similar to Pacific rim
