11:33 Trial by Jury used to be "Jury of your PEERS" we can complain about Jury's being uneducated laymen who don't feel obligated to do their civic duty but it was ever thus. What really changed was the decision of the legal system to go the exact opposite direction. Instead of a Jury of peers the prosecution and defense have to work together to find "unbiased" (read uninterested and uninvolved" strangers. Of course the counter problem is that if you do have a Jury of peers than dindu communities would practically never convict
Very interesting. I saw some other people on twitter mentioning similar feelings after watching. I'll check it out. In my opinion, a trial by jury, while still being very imperfect, is still better than a trial by just a judge. I think a lot of other and similar things can go just as wrong. I think at the end of the day it come down to the quality of people we have, if we have low quality neighbors as jurors or corrupt judges, then we can't have a fair system.
“We love our cops, our law enforcement” made me literally lol
1:23 I don't know, that guy that'll vote guilty no matter what kinda sounds like a villain to me.

Have you ever watched a movie called I Confess? Directed by Alfred Hitchcock shot in 1950s Quebec.

You could easily get excused for a jury if you are directly related to the incident
Not revealing that you are could also get the conviction thrown out because you were not an unbiased juror
2:10 at least turn out a decent Reactionary Review at 94. If I'm there to watch it it'll mean I'll beaten Bilbo and The Great Took...
I actually really liked the mule but only because it's basically a biopic about my father.
12 agry men all over again? Why would you make a new movie with such a similar premise?
