Wow looking good for 92 great great Aunty Peggy. I have never Celebrated Thanksgiving because we don't have it in Australia but I am thankful to the Lord every day for demonstrating His love that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.

Lovely Aunt Peggy, her earrings are perfect! My 92 year old friend is a whirlwind. She is still a dynamo, whose granddaughters have a hard time keeping up with. God bless our nonagenarians!
My dad just passed away in December 2020. He was 91 but he didn't look or act like it. My husband also passed away 3 months before my dad & everyone at the wake/funeral couldn't believe he was that old. They said he looked more like 71 instead of 91.
So wonderful to see Aunt Peggy cooking with you in the kitchen!!! What a treat!!! I would NEVER guess that she is 92 1/2 years old though!! She looks wonderful!! The sweet potato casserole is a definite on the holiday menu this year!!! 🥰👍👍😘

So good to see Aunt Peggy...she reminds me so much of my late "Little Grandma", she taught me so much about cooking, was a great Southern cook. She would made this dish but add the marshmallows and a drop or two of rum.

I just LOVE seeing Aunt Peggy. She's as Beautiful inside as she is Outside Just like you Miss Paula. I never had Sweet Potatoes until I got Married the 2nd time in 1992..(it will be 29 yrs 12/18!) I was 33. My Mom was Irish & ONLY made Mashed Potatoes during any Holiday. ( or as they say in the South,
Creamed potatoes) Unless it was Summer then Potato Salad lol.
My 1st Thanksgiving at my MIL's she had 5 lbs of potatoes & Sweet Potatoes ...I was addicted at the start! Lol YUM. She put marshmallows on hers as well as a pat of butter, cinnamon & a drizzle of maple syrup. That's how she served hers. Can I put my spoon through the cell & taste? 🥰 Now I serve BOTH.

I just love seeing Aunt Peggy. Bless her heart, she is a sweetie. I love the Sweet Potato Souffle Recipe. You can not beat that topping. I like to use fresh sweet potatoes but some people use the canned. I love to just roast a sweet potato in a cast iron frying pan and top with butter and brown sugar and eat it as a dessert. Yes, it is a must for Thanksgiving.
We appreciate all of your videos, especially the Southern recipes my family enjoyed when I was growing up. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

I didn't know Aunt Peggy was 92 years old, I thought she was in her 70's. She is a beautiful woman and I hope I age half as gracefully as she has. Her sweet potato souffle looks delicious! I eat sweet potatoes all year long, they're one of my favorite vegetables and I am going to prepare this for Thanksgiving. Thank you for sharing her recipe with us. My grandmother did the same thing every day. Love you Paula I look forward to your videos daily. Both of my children are front line workers ( 1-physicians assistant and 1-RN) and they don’t get to visit as often as I’d like, but you keep me company with the videos and I so appreciate it. I’m making this! We just finished digging our sweet potatoes from the garden. Think I’d prefer it cold, though, like pie. Wonder if it would be even more soufflé-like separating the eggs and whipping the whites? Think I’ll try it, or better just leave an old-timey recipe alone. I cannot get over how Peggy is 92 years old. You could fool a magician with that number. She looks and acts and moves around as if she is no older than early 60s if not late 50s. It’s incredible.

Watching you mix the topping for the soufflé with your hands reminds me of the time I made meatloaf and I had red press on nails. Halfway through mixing the meat by hand I noticed one finger nail missing off my hand. Took me 30 minutes to find that finger nail and in the meat. Be well and Happy Thanksgiving.
