- Little Millet is a treasure trove of nutrients.
It has high protein, fibre, numerous nutrients such as calcium, iron, zinc, manganese, vitamin B-6, etc., and antioxidants. This nutrient dense millet is an excellent gluten free option and is rich in dietary fibre as well.
Since millets are recommended to be soaked for better digestion, dosae is the perfect recipe to try with little millet. The addition of onions and dill leaves make it an extra nutritious and scrumptious meal.
