Hey Alpha! For me personally the best casual sneakers are Black Converse All Star Tops! They are perfect for jeans and especially with dark washed denim. Always looked slim and stylish, they are like sneaker Chelsea boot alternative.

You'd be proud Alpha! I bought my first pair dress shoes(meaning my mom didn't buy them)! I purchased myself monk straps from Johnston & Murphy. I love them! I couldn't find a none square toe tip. But the square toe isn't too exaggerated and I find them to fit my feet nice having wider feet. Thank Alpha for your videos!

I hated the idea of the monk strap until I saw my track coach wearing them once and the entire team was like, "damn coach! You are killing it on the track". He was surprised because he just thought they were an ugly gift from his wife lol It has to be the most underrated shoe of all time.
I'm a junior in high school and you can definitely pull off the casual versions of those, unless you are currently wearing shorts and basketball shoes, wearing shouldn't be a problem, the key is on your confidence wearing them, you love em, then the chicks will love it, etc.
I'd say a smart Clarks chukka boot combines the two and is a really good option, I'd get a brown and black pair and leave the chelsea boot and double monks. The chuckas are never out of style

If you want a rugged pair of no nonsense Chelsea boots, consider a pair of the iconic RM Williams Craftsman. About the only pair of boots that works in both the office and a cow paddock! It's a wholecut boot which makes for a better fit once broken in. Will set you back $500 though.
Ugh I hate Chelsea boots! I absolutely hate them! For me the top 2 would be Oxford or derby cap toe (Say no to wingtips!) and and for a more casual option, a simple leather work boot, maybe something like a Red Wing.

The only pair of dress shoes I own and wear are the Black Bates Dress shoes I had from AFJROTC in 9th grade and they have laces which are annoying so that is why maybe I would like the 2 types you shown here.I like the High Gloss Bates Dress Shoes.
