Hi guys, it was me who told you about there, when we went the starter was a massive Yorkshire pudding with beef, lol was like a main meal, then the chicken dinner came which was half a chicken, huge , don't think it was a carvery back then , but going back a good few years,

Hello guys. Got to admit it did look dry especially the veg. Yours looked nice Trace. Best carvery I've had is from Allerton Hall (pub in the park) and bonus the deserts are to die for. You both need to come up this end and try it one day xx
Hi Nicola, we had a bad experience in that place about 5 years ago … so it’s sort of put us off - I think it’s been took over since then though …🤔🤔 so probably better now ❤️❤️

The mysterious George makes an appearance at last & isn't he a chip off the old block ? Pity about the meals though and even more so on Colin's birthday. Jane & I went to Toby's carvery in Middlesbrough when we last came to the UK & it was sensational ! Best roast dinner we've ever had by far. Same set up as the Stonehouse one but because they were fully booked the turnover of vegies etc was constant so no shriveled peas or hard roasties etc. And when has Yorkshire pudding ever been CRUNCHY ??? We will try Toby's again in either Middlesbrough or Bolton (where our relatives are) & Yates is good also.

The MacMaster had a similar experience in Farmhouse Inn ... those peas looked insipid & the carrots definitely looked like the value ones for 29p. Fish & chips definitely looked better.
We visited a farmhouse in Dundee and it was great 👍🏻…. This stone house was bad🤐 maybe if there was more people in there it might have been better -? My dessert was the winner 👍🏻😂😂😂

Poor Colin! Disappointing meal , such a shame nice to see George out with his Mum and dad celebrating his Dads birthday. It didn’t sell itself to me either . Nothing looked appealing or appetising. Tracy I think the best on the table was your desert . Happy birthday Colin 💙❤️🥂🍾😘😘

we have a stonehouse near us and i must admit it was the best carvery i have ever tried... wish i haddn't put roasters on as they were like pebbles.. i also think they should have a microwave there as the veggies do get very cold.. this is written before i see the video.. and on top of that me and wifey went for breakfast the week after.. the person that cooked it should have been sent to jail for the absolute crap he that he must have served up at 7 am and we went at 10 am... sadly that was the last meal we had out as she passed away just after..regret not pulling them up about it.. it was abysmal and chef was laughing and joking with the waitress right next to that absolute crap

Hi Tracy, Colin and George. Coin's birthday meal. Good to see all three of you eating out. 😁 The place looked clean and tidy but the servery
was a mess and needed a major clean and wipe over. There seemed to be a good selection but from what I could see, the beef and the cauliflower cheese looked to be the best bet 😁 Colin and George made their meat selection and chose from the accompaniments.
Back to the table, Tracy without foodd but obviously didn't want the other food to get cold the boys tucked in.
Now George looks like a man who likes his food. 🍽 - don't we all. 😁 Tracy's fish and chips arrived, it looked good, the fish crisp but there were some areas where it was soggy under the batter- what is it with frying fish atm? Tracy said the fish itself was ok and it didn't score high.
The Carvery meals score below average. Tracy' pudding looked great and I hope George enjoyed the ice cream. 🍨
You though it ok but you wouldn't go back. Fab vlog folks, thanks, wished it was better for Colin's birthday.

Oh ,… we’re neither lovers or haters of the monarchy so can’t really comment on that … but George’s name was given to him because I love the name George & also there’s a strong family history with the name George in Colin’s family ❤️
