Thanks for sharing; I just can't believe how beautiful it is there. It reminds me a little bit of Alaska, but also a city in Washington where my mom and my grandparents grew up (Poulsbo, aka "Little Norway"). I looked up where my Norwegian ancestors came from and it was more towards the middle, near the border with Sweden. My great grandfather was of Norwegian descent and my great grandmother (who I knew) was of Swedish descent, so I must have some Viking DNA in there somewhere! Loved the little Viking ship ornament. 😍 I can't believe there were people in the water! ha ha Reminds me of swimming in the freezing Puget Sound when I was a kid. omg the lady in the water! 😂😂😂 That is the most serene looking cruise port I've ever seen! We used to walk to 7-11 when I was a kid; I think it was about .25 mile each way. We would get Slurpees and candy and play video games 😁 Also, as you were talking about 7-11, you were walking past a Circle K, which also has its place in American lore 😆 You guys, don't drink water straight out of the ground. You have to boil it first! It could make you very sick.

Just got back from up town, had a mooch round Iceland & got couple of hours voluntary work from next Fri ... walked 3m & too hot now 🥵 Walked 2m home from the massive big Iceland up town. Another large shop to explore. One advantage of living in concrete central is the number of out of town shopping parks About 1 every 5m. Not shopping in dinky ones now, I was just lazy & couldn't afford bus fare all the time
