After having our first taste of filipino food from Tarps in Manchester, we were told to try JolliBee fast food outlet as this is the filipino fast food restaurant, which was established in 1978 in the Philippines, we had such a lovely time with the fantastic flavours from our first taste of filipino food, that we had no hesitation in trying JolliBee.
We were so surprised at the fabulous taste of Jollibee, that we recommend this fast food chain to everyone.

Since there are a lot of Filipino nurses in the UK, ask around where they order their Filipino food dishes and snacks. You might be able to buy the ingredients and condiments at an Asian grocery store and that will allow you to try cooking some Filipino dishes (just get the recipes from TH-cam or online). Read about the different dishes for "Filipino Cuisine" in Wikipedia so you know how the names are spelled so the recipes would be easy to search. You can also try out and review various Filipino snacks and desserts at home.

If you'd like to comeback I would like to suggest the palabok (make sure to squeeze the citrus juice over it and mix it well before trying)
Also the chickenjoy has a spicy version which in my opinion is better than the regular, the spicyness is better than any other fast food fried chicken because it actually hits you but just enough for it to be enjoyable. The kick burns the tip of your tongue and sometimes your lips and that's it, it doesn't get any stronger.
The Palabok is not available in our branch … but Colin will try the spicy chickenjoy 😂😂😂thanks for watching ❤️👍

When you’re back there, give them Peach-Mango Pies a try. The Chicken Joy is what they’ve been known for. Glad you’re liking our Filipino food. I watched the first Pinoy food vlog in Ashton too. 👍🏼

Sadly, liverpool branch does not offer peach mango, mate. Thats another disappointment when i went there in dec last year. Staff member said not a lot of customers ask for it.

When you experience the taste of Chickenjoy with its gravy, you'll never look for another chicken again.🍗. Peach-Mango pie will hook you in. That reminded me, it's Friday and it's my Jollieday🤤

Thanks so much for reviewing of what seems to be an amazing fast food outlet. Walked past loads of time to go to McDonald’s. And will deffo call in there. That bacon looked amazing and none of the streaky stuff. Love pineapple so that burger will go down good with myself. All the food as you wait was a 9.5. 😋😋😋😋👍👍❤️

They recently added mango langkâ(jackfruit) pie here in Southern California and it's soooo delish, way tastier than mango peach pie. Also try their hamburger steak topped with mushroom & thick gravy and pancit pakabok (it's an acquired taste for non-Filipinos). Sweet spaghetti with diced hotdogs tastes a bit weird for me 'tho....Quite surprised you skipped on their signature item - chickenjoy.
Hi, we don’t have any pies on the menu here in the UK …🥲 But we are planning a trip to Orlando so we’ll be able to try the pies there 😋😋 - as for the chickenjoy we just forget all about it - distracted by the burgers and mango & coconut ice cream 🍨… always an excuse to go back though 😂😂

Am sure you'll love it as well. It's good to munch Dried Mangoes while watching TV. I just don't know the price per Pack.

Jolly bee is a great fast food outlet, we must have about 15 in olongapo, next time try the beef bowl which rice its very tasty, also they do a spicy chicken

Nice intro. The gravy there in the UK though is not the typical gravy. In the PH and the U.S is thick I just hope the taste is at least the same

The peach mango pie wasn’t available here in the UK at this point …. It has since become available and we have tried it in the Edinburgh branch of Jollibee ❤️🙏🏻👍🏻

that gravy looks watered down. I love Jolibee but our gravy here in Toronto Canada are thick and better flavoured.

I was very excited to visit jollibee liverpool last year, but was very disappointed with their spaghetti, the sauce was not a lot therefore it became bland, i should complain about it to them, but i did not. Hope my next visit wont be like that again. The london branch is ok.

@@TracyandColinTheFoodies you will be surprised with filipino spaghagetti, coz the sauce is sweet. I think it is made sweet for the kids’ taste. Spaghetti and fried chicken are no. 1s on every filipino kid’s birthday party. Kids and adults love jollibee spaghetti.

WTH?! Such a different menu there vs here in USA! And HONESTLY, why Jollibee only has pineapple flavor drink as the ONLY fruit drink of choice when I think they should also have mango and calamansi (Philippine lime). They should also put some Filipino flan for dessert or banana fritter. They can do better and they'd make a killing.
