Thanks for having me back on your channel, Jim! It's always a treat to speak with you. I so appreciate all you've done for me personally, and all you do to spread science, story, hope and healing!

Jim it’s so lovely to see an amazing interview with Rebecca. I remember seeing her interview with you a few years ago when I was going through my pain. She talked about her 13 year journey, finding you, working one to one with you, and how it helped her heal. She is so gentle and love her knowledge and insights, she would be amazing to work with. Jim I think you are one of the best mind body coaches on the internet. Wishing you both lots of good health and happiness ❤

Thank you! The course is quite robust with live classes, knowledge, practices, and a friendly community! We do have a scholarship fund if you felt like applying for that. Best of luck to you as well and thanks for sharing!

CFS isn’t chronic unrelenting pain that never moves. She’s lovely though and exhaustion is obviously debilitating. The drs just prescribe benzos, Gabapentin, SNRIs. 😤 I do push myself and the pain never gets better. Never and it’s not trauma; it’s fear of pain. Vicious circle.
