Sir, what about Axis determination in Horizontal plane i.e chest leads V1 to V6.? Could you please elaborate on that or point towards an existing video of yours. Thanks for such a great , concise explantion . 😃
My first ECG 6 weeks ago ago had Left axis deviation. I have another ECG in 2 weeks time. How can I fix this problem? I have been doing minimum 6000 steps a day. Playing football one a week, gym 3 times a week. Eating 5-10 fruits and veg a day. I lost 18kg weight. I used to be 89kg now I weight 71kg. I cut sugar 80% and eat no more white bread and basmati rice. I eat brown only now.
Sir, excellent videos and a great teaching method, thank you so much, I have a doubt - in the second ECG - lead 1 the first positive deflection is the R wave rt, which is an upward spike, so can we take it as the R - and in that case, this becomes also a normal axis, please correct if I am wrong.
Your videos are well explained sir, Thankyou. I have a doubt to clear sir , kindly help me with that. During a sync cardioversion, it's falling in R waves , so as to prevent v fibs/ R on T phenomenon, as R will come in the absolute refractory period of ventricular myocytes In an absolute refractory periods of ventricular myocytes, no action potential/ impulse can generate an action , then how come and external current ( cardioversion) will cause a change in ventricles?? I am not able to find a proper response anywhere sir If it's silly doubt , kindly excuse me
wow! Being 1st year mbbs student i can now recognize right and left axis deviation and can predict their cause only because of you. thanks alot sir! THANKS FOR IGNITING CARDIOLOGIST😂 LIKE FEELING INSIDE ME! THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
Same im fed up of the palpitations my ECG report shows mid left axis deviation. The doctor said no need to worry but still I'm having palpitations on and off. Please help
Sir u told any abnormality on one side axis is deviated to opposite side no sir then why when there is a right ventricular hyoertrophy causes axis sifted to ryt side how sir could u pls explain
My friend, you need to focus on the video first. He has cleary said it at 2:29 , that if there is RVH, there will be Right axis deviation because more ventricular depolarisation occurs at right side.
Q: 57 yr. Male. All tests normal except for LAD. What would cause LAD ? 12 lead EKG shows 84 BPM normal sinus, regular rhythm , with no ectopics . Conduction normal . ST segments normal . T waves normal. Axis deviated left Clinical impression: Abnormal EKG.
Sir ek cheez samajh nhi aati R wave negative kaise hoga , dr najeeb sir ki lecture k according any positive deflection is R wave and any negative is Q or R weather coming before R wave or After R wave,
I am a pharmacist training to be advanced clinical practitioner . I was struggling with cardian axis. To be honest this is the best explanation I have ever searched for. Even the bmj website doesn’t explain this as this doctor has done here on you tube. ThankYou so much. I feel confident InshAllah I will pass my ecg exam on 14/05/24. InshAllah

Both uppward meanes ballae ballae ...
Appreciating from UGANDA East Africa
Sir if there is upward deflection of R wave in lead 1 and downward deflection in lead 3 is this a axis deviation or a pathological condition...

Please can you tell me how one can differentiate physiological left axis deviation from pathological left axis deviation in an ECG.
