    Had a STemi two years ago. Right inferior mi. Read my 12 lead in ambulance and recognized MI immediately. Retired PA.

    • @dodisapari8499
      @dodisapari8499 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There is no term such as Right Inferior MI ? What you are talking about Anterior MI , Lateral MI , Inferior MI , Posterior MI or multi territory MI ..its means involving MI in left ventricular. But exception in case of Inferior MI , you should take care that Inferior MI involving also Right ventricular MI. Becaused 40-50% Inferior MI associated with Right ventricular MI. How you detected ? When there is ST elevation in inferior MI--- ST elevation in Leads III >II , V1 ST elevation or in baseline , ST depression/ Reciprocal change in V2. In this case you should suspect that patient also has RVMI and you should do V3R-V6R ( Right side check leads). In case patient had Inferior MI involving RVMI , Nitroglycerin it shouldn't give to the patient even BP is 100 systolic or above. Because can cause hypotension. But if Inferior MI its not involving RVMI ...Nitroglycerin still we can give as long as patient had BP systolic 100 or more , stable patient and its not taking kind medicine like Viagra. Other Territory MI its not involving RVMI we can give Nitroglycerin as long as BP ok , stable patient and no h/o taking viagra.
