    Hello
    at what mileage do you change the spark plugs and install DENSO

    • @RotaryandRides

      @schmittalain hello, tbh I change my spark plugs every year regardless of mileage as the cost is very cheap to replace them. It's always worth doing if you can afford to do so 👍

    Wouldn't a couple coats of lacquer prolong the lights after buffing them up?

    • @RotaryandRides

      Hey, yeah, I've tried that before and it does work. The only trouble is when they do go hazy again it's harder to remove the lacquer to get back to the plastic again.
      The headlight restore product is normally pretty good to apply afterwards and does last a while before it needs doing again.

    Does my toyota aygo 1L 2008 petrol not have a cabin filter then? I dont see one?!

      Hi, yes you should have one in the same location as mine. If one is missing then its defiantly worth fitting one into your car.

    Hiya is their a fuel filter as well? Or just an oil filter?

    • @RotaryandRides
      @RotaryandRides  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Uh, I'm not sure tbh because most of the kits I've seen don't ever have a fuel filter supplied.
      I haven't got this car anymore to have a look for you either unfortunately.
      My guess would be, there is probably a fuel filter in the fuel tank to change and possibly one on a hard line that goes directly to the injectors but I'm not 100% sure on that.

      @Darren-pq5oc ahh thanks for confirming this as I wasn't 100% sure 😅

    Hi I have a toyota aygo 2007, and I want to change the spark plugs, which model do you recommend?
    I've read that the Denso iridium 1KH16TT are good but I'm not sure

    • @RotaryandRides
      @RotaryandRides  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @esmaelai3452 hey, yes, they are a really good choice or NGK too.
      When you get them you may need to unscrew a metal cap that's on the top of each spark plug and then you can fit them following the same steps as I did 👍

      Denso IKH16TT Iridium TT works best on my 107 (2007).

    10mm socket for spark plugs, are you sure about that.

    • @RotaryandRides
      @RotaryandRides  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey, 10mm deep spark plug socket was used when I did my service.

  • @Niskovic1

    Absolutely DO NOT put copper grease on the spark plug threads. Otherwise great tutorial.

    • @RotaryandRides

      @Niskovic1 Hey, This is a debate that many people talk about lol some recommend it and others say not too but I've always popped a little bit at the top of the threads only and never had an issue.
      Each to their own I guess on this one.
      I Also put red rubber grease on the tops of the coils so it helps protect the rubber and it's easier to remove again in the future. Again, it is optional.
      Thanks for the positive feedback and commenting on your thoughts 👍
