Why does the "not a hand hold" label in front of the windshield have a skull and crossed bones? Is it possibly deadly to hold onto that in flight?

What i get is the fact the U.S. have always had a combat ready force,what does concern me is the fact that these very same "drills" are being conducted on grounds near to a major conflict....which begs th question...what do they know that we don't?

they are always combat ready but they are running drills on location so there is no question of their mission
