I find these videos very educative and helpful. But when it comes to actually doing the sitting trot, even if I mentally understand what I need to do, I just keep failing and failing. It just doesn't feel right. I need to break the ice somehow. I know that once you get it it'll be easier to do. But how do you get there is the question. If you could give your past self (before you knew how to sit in trot) any piece of advice on how to get it right what would you say?
