Rewatching this old episode I realized what missing from the show now that I miss,yes i miss the big fashion shows,I miss the big events they used to have like phoebe singing competition, I miss spectra vs forester ,I miss Stephanie vs brook BUT most of all I miss simultaneous storylines, they were telling different stories at the same time, we have the baby jack storylines, we have which logan shot Stephanie ,we have dona/Eric/Stephanie triangle, now one story at a time and everyone is involved in that story,even those who have no business being it it which leads to days of repeated dialogue and why do we have several episode ste on the same day?,it makes storylines drag on and it's watching paint dry.
The difference between ridge and nick is so obvious here, they guy can't even stand brook having a picture.when nick was with brook he accepted and loved RJ even though he hated ridge ,but ridge doesn't want anything to do with a baby, doesn't even want brook to have a picture simply because nick is the father.
Katie's character is so likeable, she comes across as the only senseable person in the room lol I can't remember her in the young and the restless. It's around this time that I stopped watching the bold and the beautiful when it starting morning into the young and the restless. when pheobe died and Bill Spencer joined the cast, I was done.

Love how they used to bring a lot of extra for scenes, like that hospital setting was perfect, it felt like a real hospital.
