Are there any real tutorials anywhere? I've rewatched this 3x and still haven't configured my setup correctly. It's as if we are all supposed to know where everything is located on the console before we have even set eyes on it. This is extremely frustrating.
How do I use my headphones without back monitors for listening back to audio from my protools or from the computer if I’m listening to instruments? It’s not working when I plug in my headphones in the front headphone Jack there’s no audio but very light audio if I plug my headphones in the back Jack of my Apollo
Unfortunately, Set-Up videos and most videos from Universal Audio appear to have been developed by the marketing team and are not suited as tutorials for potential users...more like ads highlighting the features and benefits of the product. Most users have already purchased the product so they don't need to be sold...they are asking for "how-to" instruction. I have high regard for the product, but the support videos miss the mark.
What if you have an Apollo Twin Mk2 that came with LUNA but you don't use LUNA and you had a separate Focusrite Scarlett Solo that came with Pro Tools First and you want to record the Apollo Twin with Pro Tools? Would that work?
32 or 64 buffer setting using virtual instruments? I have a 12 core trash can with presonus quantum and pro tools needs 1024 to operate without stalling minimum with my Vienna ensemble template. Hmmm, maybe I should try Apollo.
Great tutorial this device has so many options for configuration I have had mine for the longest and it does what I need so I don't change it. I now just used the midi settings to send audio to virtual channels whew now that makes sense. Gotta learn to route the audio back into the daw and control headphone mix.
Hello, I need a little help. I have my Channel 1 and 2 plugged in correctly for left and right path signals, however, when I press LINK on the UA audio interface hardware, the Channels 1 and 2 inputs no longer LINK to monitor where I only hear 1 channel on the left. I tried setting things to default and restarting my Mac. The Channel 2 line input works, but when LINK, it does not work. What could be the problem? And how can I troubleshoot it? Thank you.

@@sluss9853 I don't know why you would think that. Their TB stuff works on both PC and Mac, same for the PCIe and Firewire stuff. In fact their USB stuff only works on PC, so how is that 'only for the rich MAC users' ?
this should get me going but I'll have to replay several times due to my ignorance of your proprietary nomenclature. A video on nomenclature would help because I have fibromyalgia and short term memory is weak, but rewind is good and repetition is good. Some of your vids from UA are just to fast, a guy wickiemedia does vids and puts the cookies on the bottom shelf so most of us non eng. types can follow and really understand. please commission wick to do more. thank you
Or skip the advertising on what Apollo can do and show how to do it like the title portrays or rename the vid to what apolo can do if you know how to do it with no explanation how or what.

I can only pull up the "Setup App". Where do I go to pull up the actual UA Mix window instead of the Protools one?
We need it in Spanish language to understand the procedures more clear. We the Latin people also consume your products.
I accidentally transferred the wrong system plugins and now I can't access the ones I had before how would I get them back or retransfer them ?
