Danny King It's not a new game! It's the actual Scandinavian dlc they were supposed to release but didn't because of the nees to power the it don't exist until 2030...
***** this game is called "real life offroad scania trucking sim at scania facility with 3 poeple in one cab and alot of bumpy roads" thats the full name
I know I already said this but this is just top notch stuff, the go pro camera on your head, the side camera from your missus or whoever that may be, entertaining and exciting all at once. Loved every bit of these !
Hi Paul, great video again. No that you've driven trucks IRL, can you say something about what force feedback settings best approach realism? Can you please share your ffb settings in the Logitech Profiler and ingame with us? Maybe in an future ETS2 video? That would be awesome.
Paul you are a living example how someone's passion and dedication can lead into greater experiences. Few months ago you were just driving a Scania truck in ETS2 and now you are driving an actual truck. Congrats and great video as always!
Squirrel I can see why you enjoyed this since it is always great to actually drive or in some cases fly things you play on the computer. You match your voice as well. I drove for Schnieder International here in the states for a time but they kept sending me places that a 53 foot trailer and a road tractor should not go and did not last but I learned enough to play the game well anyway. Keep up the good work sir you obviously enjoy what you are doing and that makes it enjoyable for me.
Another great video Squirrel, this has been pretty much the only youtube series that I've ever thumbs up every video released. Thanks Mrs Squirrel for holding the second camera through the rollercoaster and all day. Now I can't wait for a high detail update to the Scania test track in ProMods.
Well, i have been waiting a while for more TH-cam videos. 58 days in fact since YOTS started. I got interested in Squirrel's videos when i randomly came across the 70 tonne log haul. They were fantastic. Really funny, nice long trips in ETS2. A 4 parter!!! It really helped pass the time on occasions, almost as if you were the passenger yourself. After watching them all (which took a while), Squirrel started live streaming on twitch. I didn't take too much notice at first, but managed to find the time to watch 1 on a sunday evening. Although it was good, it wasn't quite the same. I think the majority of watchers were children throwing away their pocket money to ask silly questions. I could barely hear what Squirrel was saying for all the notification sounds going off. i lost interest when Squirrel was driving trucks off cliff sides and pushing other trucks over it...simulation at it's most realistic? Now, i am sure Twitch makes alot of money. And, you are going to go where the money is. But, i think the You Tube followers have seriously suffered because of this. In 58 days, 14 videos have been uploaded. 3 are regarding ETS2 and only 1 of these are the old style trips through Europe. 1 was some strange 'auto cue style' reading for the update, without showing in game footage. So, i've been waiting for an ETS2 video since the 12th April, and it is June on Monday. Thank goodness i have the game myself. I dread to think what it must be like for someone who cannot afford the game and has subscribed on here. And where is the proper review for the recently released update and DLC? which has increased vegetation and lots more improvements? The DLC is immense, with new road networks, signs, ports, cities, what exactly has happened here? There, i've said it. Been bothering me for a good while. Not everyone has the time (or money) to become a regular twitch watcher. So, please, reduce your stream time and record a back log of videos for You Tube. I'm not trying to put the Squirrel down here, just stating the facts and having my say. If you are good at something, don't change. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. Go back to your roots man! I'll pass by in 6 months or so and see if it has improved. I hope you don't live stream yourself into none existence on here, good luck Squirrel!
Dan Smith Totally agree here. In fact on a "gaming channel" there hasn't been a gaming video for over two weeks! I also can't see how it takes four days to edit these videos. I'm glad he's having fun and enjoying himself but I can't help wondering whether he spends more time working (on TH-cam) than he did before he went full time! I too subscribed because of those old ETS2 journey videos. They where especially good to watch when I was away from my PC for a long time.
Semaphore Productions Agreed! Some serious organising needs sorting to be successful on here. I know other youtubers who submit daily, their reward is millions of subscribers. Alas, if not, you get this. I think he is favouring twitch though, as he can switch everything on, go live and get it done without editing.
Dan Smith I agree. I subscribed here for the same reasons as you. I miss the mod reviews over long distance journeys through Europe. I too once watched his stream, and it just didn't feel like the same vibe you get from the videos. Was rather disappointed if I'm honest.
Dan Smith Perfect example of why never to overpromise in business. Seemingly every video since "Year of the Squirrel" kicked off has a comment wondering (sometimes less politely than this) where are the daily videos. If Paul is half-baking TH-cam just because Twitch brings him more money, then he is not taking the long view. There is no better advertising for the Twitch stream than TH-cam. How many of us discovered Squirrel through TH-cam's "related videos" column? (Me.)
Those segways look like great fun. The off roading was like watching spin tires in real life. The red route. Wow there were some serious bumps there. Im surprised you didnt bump your head. Your wife was certainly battling with camera. But she did a fantastic job. Great video again.
Paul your Scania trip shows how far you have come in the last 3 years, well done! I personally discovered you on TH-cam 18+ months ago then moved over to twitch. It shows the importance of capturing your audience on TH-cam to help promote your Twitch panel. Please note everyone wants more TH-cam videos however long just so they can stay connected with #YOTS
Paul I was with my class at the Södertälje factory and It was huge and very cool to see how this trucks are made :) We also visited the museum and It was amazing!
Your video's about this trip have been amazing, can't wait for Part 4. Thank you for creating this and sharing. I'm enjoying the game and the global venue which you present by posting these video's for us to enjoy.
Lol, I recently tried a Segway in the UK. It feels really weird for the first few seconds then you seem to adapt to it, then it is just perfecting the technique to get the most from the Segway ! Great fun ! Although I must admit I was quite nervous of face planting in front of the other people in the group but luckily that never happened ! :D And Squirrel I am really enjoying these Scania videos great job ! Hopefully you can do another series like this at some point ! :)
We're having loads of resurfacing and construction work done at my school and last week there were about eight off road Scania trucks there. But it wasn't just Scania trucks, there were also Man trucks, DAF trucks and Renaults.
Stan's Tech Videos *drools uncontrollably* :D I'd love to see some different trucks other than DAF trucks... Living quite close to Harwich / Felixstowe in the UK (quite large shipping ports) and still I don't get to see anything special! :(
That was really interesting. Usually just watch on twitch him play games. I did the same with a plane never flown but played Flight sims for decades. It was second nature and you instantly knew how to correct right when doing it for real. That was great of Scania to give you a shot. Good stuff! Will have to get you interested in Elite ;)
I Hope Scania make a truck with your graphics on it :) because you support them alot and drive like a pro and get the best score thumbs up :) a good video as always
In the state of Oregon there's a company called Ryno. Maybe someday you could fly to Oregon state and gave a try to ride one wheel electronic motorcycle.
I guess in someways the UK needs to get with the times as far as segways and other things go but neither here nor there. Still cool that you tired one. I'd like to try it but I'd end up on my face in no time.
Dear squirrel, If you agree please pass this on to SCS my idea is that they should add tipper trucks like that one which you drove and try to make the trucks more interactive. Thanks ! ! !
Watched your videos...look like you had a good time......would you say that it was easy to drive all the trucks because of your simulator gaming experience.....enjoy your videos and following on Facebook.
Bisqwit No, because when he released the handbrake there was enough air to release the brakes but when you do that a lot of the air in the truck goes away. So that's why he could release the parking brake. And foot brake and parking brake are each on a different air reservoir.
Squirrel You know what this means? You can start a new video series: ETSRL, the biggest mod of ETS2. Spend thousands on a big truck, make a living with this new truck, build your own global trucking empire. I expect to see Scanias with Squirrel Logistics on them in America in the next decade. If you get a depot in Alabama I might drive for you. :)
Squirrel, I know I'm super late to this party but what's it like a. Driving a truck for the first times and b. Driving on the opposite side of the cab?
Please do more on TH-cam than Stream all the time..Or steam on TH-cam so we can watch the video at a later date. I can never commit the time for streams.
Hello Squirrel I'm a new subscriber (your latest one as I currently write this) I've been longing to subscribe to you for ages keep up the good work ;-)
joing next year no fucks given for vacation anything else next year just going to sewdion to drive and see scania and you Paul iv been watching all the vids and stream thats a other resion im going
uxot Well, it was me and my friend who were to set it up, but we didnt have too much time, so we had to change the degrees after a while. When there wassnt so many people there anymore.
I neither, I am just a guy who is very good friends with Kilian, the guy who got Scania to invite Paul. you can actually see me at the end, last 2 - 3 seconds to the left
Hi squirrel, do you have the original edition of euro truck simulator 2 or the gold edition. If you can let me know in a comment that'll be much appreciated. Thanks your videos are so epic.
That timing when she start Talking on the radio and you say she’s an monster haha . Swedish people are strange. He proberly thought you was saying that to her. Jag är svensk så ja menar inget dumt mot mitt folk
Dalbin Reji It uses engine braking to slow the truck down as opposed to using the normal brakes as these can overheat and you effectively lose your brakes, also called brake fade.
This new Scania video game looks amazing... These graphics :o
Danny King so realistic
Danny King It's not a new game! It's the actual Scandinavian dlc they were supposed to release but didn't because of the nees to power the it don't exist until 2030...

Those radio-controlled mini-trucks, I cried and everything.
Shaken not stirred. Great video Paul.
Your video's about this trip have been amazing, can't wait for Part 4. Thank you for creating this and sharing. I'm enjoying the game and the global venue which you present by posting these video's for us to enjoy.
These vids are fun to watch and you did a great job. What an opportunity.

Hi QwertyAfro
Hi, Qwerty!
wow the remote controlled trucks where amazing!
Gamer3105 Pretty cool to see them as real trucks. Seeing a empty truck all of the sudden start and drive off is creepy :D
Excellent work Squirrel. Great video.
Great video as always Squirrel... Keep up the great work.
After this Euro truck sim 2 will never be the same for you.
DarthCuda i can speak from experience... ets2 is a great substitute drug, but yea... can´t beat reality (yet) :)
Crossing your hands in the first off road truck tut tut!
So excited for part 4. Well done Paul :)
That was really interesting. Usually just watch on twitch him play games. I did the same with a plane never flown but played Flight sims for decades. wow another great video cant wait till part 4!
Wonderful videos squirrel!!!! I love your channel!
1st thing I noticed is his steering style changed between the on road and off road trucks, On road he push/pulls off road he was hand over hand.
Yet another quality video by Squirrel
Lovely machinery
Paul you are amazing at driving trucks
I feel like I have to apologise for the way Swedish people act around strangers. We're not very... social lol.
Angelica Bister haha eller hur svenskar kan vara extremt stela XD
Looks fun. I wanna have a go. Well, I want to be a builder and hgv driver two in one job.
Awesome Paul
This is so cool
I Hope Scania make a truck with your graphics on it :) because you support them alot and drive like a pro and get the best score thumbs up :) a good video as always

You really look like the serial killer guy from dexter tv series.. trinity killer :)
the radio in the background at 6:48 is that swedish xD
Dear squirrel,
If you agree please pass this on to SCS my idea is that they should add tipper trucks like that one which you drove and try to make the trucks more interactive.
Thanks ! ! !
Finally another TH-cam video.
Hi, i'm new to your channel subbed right alway after watching part 1/2 love it! btw
What's your age?
Watched your videos...look like you had a good time......would you say that it was easy to drive all the trucks because of your simulator gaming experience.....enjoy your videos and following on Facebook.
nice video
it was that bumpy because you didn't have enough air that's what the sound was when you started the truck
Ryan Broeren Shouldn't it have been impossible to disengage the parking brake in that case?
Bisqwit No, because when he released the handbrake there was enough air to release the brakes but when you do that a lot of the air in the truck goes away.
So that's why he could release the parking brake.
And foot brake and parking brake are each on a different air reservoir.
Yess Part 3 :)
You are very lucky sir.
+Squirrel
scanias are my thing

Hello Squirrel I'm a new subscriber (your latest one as I currently write this) I've been longing to subscribe to you for ages keep up the good work ;-)
cool!
Nice videos.
Do you have license to drive a truck?
Do you need that to visit and try trucks at Scania?
He said ( if not in the previous video ) that he has never driven a truck in real life so it was a first for him :D
Come on, floor it!
What some tea
Will you be Project Carsing later?
Was this in sweden?
joing next year no fucks given for vacation anything else next year just going to sewdion to drive and see scania and you Paul iv been watching all the vids and stream thats a other resion im going
LOL the G27 at the end had like 200 degree wheel rotation....fail
He also drove on the wrong side of the road
uxot Well, it was me and my friend who were to set it up, but we didnt have too much time, so we had to change the degrees after a while. When there wassnt so many people there anymore.
MegaAlalil and who are you? working @ SCS or Scania??
I neither, I am just a guy who is very good friends with Kilian, the guy who got Scania to invite Paul. you can actually see me at the end, last 2 - 3 seconds to the left
I have been waiting for this excited :)
excited*
I'd like to go do that driving trucks around
Hi squirrel, do you have the original edition of euro truck simulator 2 or the gold edition. If you can let me know in a comment that'll be much appreciated. Thanks your videos are so epic.
***** Thanks for letting me know, but what I was asking was the copy itself whether it was the original copy or the gold copy of ETS2. Thanks anyway
came part 4?
who was filming
That timing when she start Talking on the radio and you say she’s an monster haha . Swedish people are strange. He proberly thought you was saying that to her. Jag är svensk så ja menar inget dumt mot mitt folk
the cam is a bit of sync 9:30
Squirrel both links in the description are for part 1
What is a retarder? Exactly how does it help?
It slows down the truck using the engine break
No idea really how it works but it actively slows the truck down
It's basically the same as plane reverse thrust
Dalbin Reji It uses engine braking to slow the truck down as opposed to using the normal brakes as these can overheat and you effectively lose your brakes, also called brake fade.
Thanks everyone!
Why is a Romanian flag on the back of the young european truck driver trailer?
Squirrel MORE TH-cam!!!
