Dude uf3 side switch was one of the coolest things I've ever seen a combo artist do and they took it away. I was being optimistic but you did call it in the discord. Oh well, still looking forward to more from you though!

But the Fisherman crossup with Heat burst from any part of the map doesn't work anymore, because they made it impossible to jump over opponents that got slammed down with heat burst.
We don't know what the devs really did to Bryan with the hatchet kick, and I couldn't find any real footage showing a true improvement. The example with Xiaoyu is the only thing that really struck me because it had become much easier to whiff the move there. I didn't check it with more character-specific moves, though, so there might be even more to this. I have mixed feelings about this as well, but the real buffs are cool!
@@LawFurythey said they expanded the hitbox on the inside, not the outside, so I'm assuming the change was made to remove the dead zone against grounded opponents who were really close to you.

I feel like 3+4 has more pushback on hit but I might be tripping, did you feel anything different with it? Also fisherman side switch combos being gone is sad. I guess it still works at the wall with no heat burst tho
that tripple tailspin was my go-to heaviest hitting combo and now it's gone. New buffs aren't even that significant, so for me its a bummer patch for bryan :(
Wait 3+4,2 uncharged is power crushable now? That is the biggest nerf imo and the buffs do not come close to compensating for it like actually wtf man.
I really thought the d2,3 change was that it would be jailing on block the way they explained it. Im very sad, i was looking forward to that the most. At the wall would have been amazing, 16f low on ch wall splat string.
These are trash buffs for him. He plays almost exactly the same. Still playing Tekken 7.5 and still having trouble keeping up with some of the other over tuned, OP and broken characters.
besides giving him a real heat smash, he got nothing really. f21241 being safe and delayable is fine, but I dont feel like you wanna waste your snake eyes/heat timer on that instead of ff1+2 or 3+4,2 which are way better moves

So they somehow nerfed hatchet kick, fisherman combo, and didn't completely fix soccer kick 😅. The buffs are nice at least.

apart from the heat smash dmg and snake eyes string, it feels like a minor adjustment. hopefully online ranked will feel more balanced now.
Some content creators were acting like Bryan was getting big buffs but at best they're QoL changes for us mains!

the combo that you did around 3:35, I couldn't get the d3+2, 2 to land. Why is that? Am I supposed to microdash or something?
You need to SSR before inputting QCFf3,4. So like this : UF4 > SSR > QCF3,4 > D3+4,2 >...

I have mixed feelings with this Patch as well. Nevertheless, the overhauled version of the f2,1,2,3,2 string seems very interesting.
