My Project - Level Crossing Barrier in my back yard (09/04/2020)

This is my project that I and my dad have been working on over the last couple of weeks since the UK went on lockdown. I thought to myself, “why not get this barrier back onto the post and make it look more like a Level Crossing barrier”, so that’s what we did.

It’s just the case of trying to get hold of a wigwag...! A tough one really as there are no crossings with halogen wigwags near me anymore. 😕 The nearest one to me (on a mainline) is all the way in Buckinghamshire! 😶

I got this from a primary school where my mum used to work. It was damaged by a truck so it was replaced with a new one and made redundant.
