I just heard you say nobody is watching the whole thing - I AM!
I am after content - which is there, but I also have quirky ears that require a ve I like and NO background music. I personally am enjoying this and I will watch another one of yours after this one. So count me as a FULL Watcher. Thank you for your company and ideas today.

I use mine for gift wrapping. I start out with plain brown paper to wrap the gift then use the snippet roll (usually about 1” wide) as ribbon around the package. All the colors and patterns together look like a patchwork quilt. I also randomly put sections through an embossing folder to give additional texture. So much fun and a happy way to bust those scrap bags.

I think another great idea is taking your regular size paper collaged and cut down to snippet size depending what size you need

I had heard of these but until watching and enjoying your video I hadn't a clue what they were. I guess the idea is to cut off when and as needed. Great way to get rid of scraps and grotty paper that I don't know what to do with.

A few weeks ago I organized all my scraps to make paper and trim clusters. I think I had enough supplies to make about a 1,000 of them. I made about 20 and thought that was more than enough for what I needed right now. This is a great idea for those organized scraps. Thanks for sharing. BTW these are exactly the videos I like to listen to while arting. I will even re-watch.

I'm watching, and I plan to watch to the end. I'm loving what you are doing. What a fun way to use up your scraps, 'cause we know REAL crafters don't through anything out! I put words in where they don't belong too. The other day I was talking to my husband about a medication that was due and I said a medication that I haven't used for 25 years. WHAT???!!!!! Keep going gal. I just started my channel in june of this year at the encouragement of quite a few people, but I don't have much up because of illness. My granddaughters have helped though. They've done a great job.

I'm glad you shared how to do this! I will definitely be making some snippet rolls, perhaps even mixing in some fabric, too!! I don't mind videos that are longer. I have only watched a couple of LiveStreams because most of the time the crafter talks to the chatters and doesn't explain the craft. I shouldn't generalize to all LiveStreams and try out yours. I apologize. I do comment on every video I watch, and I always watch beginning to end and all ads, but I do play back at 1.5 or 2x speed sometimes. Sometimes I even watch twice to take notes. I thank you for creating content. I do too, and notice like you (although I am a TINY channel) I will have more views than actual watch time.

I want to thank you for your advice about installing my Canon 9000 MKII printer and Epsom scanner on to my new Windows 10 laptop. It worked, yay!! Just like you said it would. I had bought an external CD drive because most PCs and laptops don't have them anymore. So I just installed from my original installation CDs and I had no problem at all. So a very big thank you Deb. Hi:
I watched the whole thing. I will tell you what I liked about your video.
    1. You don't talk too softly. Some people start out at a normal tone and soon they are whispering/mumbling. You voice is clear throughout.
    2. Your background is quiet. You don't have music, airplane noise, children playing or dogs barking in the background. Love that. (I'll excuse you for the phone call)
    3. You don't go off camera and rummage for something in another room for 10 minutes.
    4. I don't mind a few seconds of silence while you are demonstrating something closely.
Also, I found your content interesting. I have heard of cloth snippet rolls, but not paper. I make junk journals and I am going to use this technique for some belly bands in the one I am making now. I have subscribed to your channel. P.S. I would NEVER have the nerve to make a video, kudos for putting yourself out there!

Such a wonderful idea. Having a base roll off to the side to add bits of “extra paint” until it’s full of color on both sides. Then add bits and bobs of “extras” sitting around on desk. Demo great. Final focal images could wait until on final project. I watch your videos, start to finish...enjoy hearing what you are thinking about. Peace

Oh I'm watching the whole thing and wishing it was longer. I love your content in this video. Hoping you have lots more videos. I genuinely love listening to you and I like what you've done here. I do think there is so much content and it's a bit hard sometime to keep track of favourites. We're spoiled for choice and even if we subscribe, there's so many people uploading regularly. I think you should just make because it's fun and you love it. Likewise, film because you want to and not because of pressure. Somehow when people are enjoying what they are doing, that's relayed to those watching it. If you love what you do, there will be people who connect with you because they share the same vibe. 😊

You know Ive watched others make snippet rolls, Ive made them myself, but each video teaches you something new...Usally ive made them with the edges all uneven, then i saw you trim them even on the edges which makes it different, neater. like when youve made a masterboard and just cut it into ATCs or Tags etc and whatever is on each is there, with no plan, which makes it surprizing and unplanned..I hope this makes sense..LOL Thank you for some new insight!

Donna Tibbs, I use mine for gift wrapping. I start out with plain brown paper to wrap the gift then use the snippet roll (usually about 1” wide) as ribbon around the package. All the colors and patterns together look like a patchwork quilt.

Marcia Morrow, I use mine for gift wrapping. I start out with plain brown paper to wrap the gift then use the snippet roll (usually about 1” wide) as ribbon around the package. All the colors and patterns together look like a patchwork quilt.

Whilst I did watch all the way through this video, and it wasn't long at all, sometimes I only have a few minutes to fill and watch only 'snippets' of videos whilst I can, or I get interrupted during a video and have to turn off, so I would suggest that maybe others are having similar experiences and it isn't a reflection of anything you might be doing wrong in your videos. You make great content, so maybe don't assume your videos are a problem based solely on how long people watch for. X

I really enjoyed this video. I loved hearing your thought process...to me, thats part of the inspiration like when you found the paper for the sun worshiper...I was thinking what you were saying "yes, perfect" etc etc.It was not too long of a video AT ALL. Whats hard is when the video is 2 1/2 hrs and there is more conversing going on then actual working on an art piece.
