30:49 A few questions about this part of the video. 1. Tinkaton is taken down to red health (or killed, the video is cut before the health bar keeps going) and then somehow restores a bunch of hp out of nowhere, despite having no healing items, and no items being used 2. The only change in items before and after the cut is Eternatus gains a new berry, one that Tinkaton did not have before the cut. I am not very knowledgable about the game, so I would appreciate someone telling me how this works.
yeah i found that quite suspicious too. but i did recall he mentioned he had a revival seed which restores your hp to half if you KO. so what could have happened was he died, revived and eternatus black hole took another berry
It is also good to remind that despite what you see on screen, there’s actually more items, but you only see two rows. All you would need to do is hover the mouse over your items to see the full list.

@@rsking6120 it’s not necessarily a great defensive typing but if you stack it with other types that are also defensive it generally leads to a well rounded typing but tbh ice is much better offensively, in the end I still wouldn’t say it’s one of the weaker types defensively and I think it was only considered on this video due to dragon types being the biggest threat in this game
The argument about being vs dragon doesn't make much sense, given that ice doesn't resist dragon. I suppose Ice STAB helps, but Ice coverage on a Dragon resist would be much better. Also, ice dual types are typically not "well-rounded", with many of them creating 4x weaknesses without useful resistances or immunities. The strong defensive monotypes are Poison, Ghost, Steel, Fire, Water, Electric, and Fairy. Only Ice/Electric seems like a decent defensive typing, as it is the only one to negate the steel weakness without creating 4x weaknesses.

Yeah, the furthest I got so far was the Normal Rayquaza in a Gen 5 Challenge run (no video or anything), and I died mostly because of poor management and the game’s RNG wasn’t giving me many Gen 5 pokemon, the last one was a Dweeble at stage 36, but I didn’t have any balls but I did get a Frillish later on, although it didn’t matter and at the time, none of my Gen 5 starters had anything special going on, so I had to do most of the run with a Facade Stoutland which I gave a Burn Orb which was both a blessing and a Curse.
