These people finally moved out! I had gotten surgery and got back and they were all out on their deck so I said some shit to them, they called the cops and said I wanted to fight them. Cops showed up and told me that. I said I never wanted to fight them but I did call them stupid f***ing assholes, while the mom and kids were watching. They never brought the kids around again and a month later they moved out. We got new people above us. The guy walks perfect but his girlfriend walked super loud. We spoke to him, he told her and she felt terrible. Perfect tenants above us now. Life is good I guess if talking to someone doesn't work, make their life as legally uncomfortable as they've made yours!
Man, I would get a very quiet drill and a fiber optic camera, and just survey their property and start sending them letters in the mail about the details thereof in a passive aggressive, threatening manner
Holy crap, that's an awful lot of upstairs neighbor noise! Sounds like a happy family with young children who are enjoying family time together while at the same time being COMPLETELY CLUELESS and INCONSIDERATE about the irritating level of noise they are torturing the downstairs neighbor with. I have upstairs neighbors too and also have upstairs neighbors noise problems but theirs is everyday living noise, which I'm able to put up with. On my next home move I'm NOT going to have any living quarters above me unless it's the second floor of a house that I own.
I have the same issue at my building i called manager as well as called city by law officials the tenasnt are getting 3 fines for noise hope this stop issue
When i use to live in downstairs apartment i had these 2 gymnast that would practice in there apartment upstairs each time they dance or walk or invited there gymnast friends my ceiling bounce up and down and i literally put my head on the ceiling and they made my ceiling flex up and down and i felt it to Im going dam lucky my ceiling didn't cave in cause of my ceiling lights and ceiling fan would flex up and down from them exercising and dancing so i moved in a house to where i don't deal with that no more
@Glennard I hope you found a new place. No one should live this way. Can you share HOW you recorded this footage. What equipment did you use? I'm going through this exact same thing as I type this and need to document this for court. The 250+ pound adult father has recently joined in on the stomping and the Landlord is ignoring my complaints. Thanks in advance.
It's terrible eh, people don't have common sense anymore. Luckily though I think these people are moving out. I believe tomorrow is their last day (I know their whole life without ever meeting them) I honestly recorded it on my cellphone. I then took the audio and magnified the sound a bit so it actually shows what it sounds like for us in person. I wasn't going to spend a fortune, and it doesn't do it justice just hearing a video on the phone. This is what it was like for us constantly.
@@glennard Hey. Thanks for the reply. I've watched a few more videos since seeing yours and that's what everyone is saying...use your cellphone. I'm so happy for you that they're moving. It gives me hope that mine will too! Yesterday marked my 1 month anniversary of moving in and I cried. I felt so stupid crying but I'm so fed up with this and I'm under 12 month lease! The 250+ pound father is now retaliating by joining in the on the stomping with his 2 preteen kids and his 5 year old. This is my first (and last) time ever renting an apartment. I never thought people would be this rude and inconsiderate. Congrats to you again!
@@glennard Hey there. I wrote a comment on your other video about the type of microphone you used to record, but then saw you have used your cellphone. What kind of cellphone is it? I have a pretty old android phone and it just doesn't pick up the sound very well. What program did you use to magnify the sound so it could be heard better?
Gave this video to management, they said will watch it with my boss and if I need to say anything to them I will. Still keeps happening so.... it's not as bad as before. They were there 6 days a week 10 hours a day roughly doing this. Cops won't do anything either, and banging on the ceiling and playing loud music got me two noise complaints. Hahahahhaha wtf. Joke of a company and cheap ass building. Looking for a new place to live and good luck ever renting to anyone. Nobody in their right mind would stay there. Been there five years. They've been two months and, sure let's keep them.
@@glennard Sorry that you had to endure that. I feel your pain. We've been through the same situation for over a year now. We've provided video/audio to management, contacted the security patrol per their recommendation, hit the ceiling, shouted, and it continues to happen. According to the landlord, they've contacted our neighbors via phone and email, and it seems like they stop for a day or two, but then right back to the incessant stomping. We've given up at this point, the only solution is to move out. By the time the lease expires, my wife and I will be traumatized! I will never again live in an apartment with upstairs neighbors. Lesson learned I guess.
I'm able to blast this back at my horrible upstairs neighbors amplified, speakers pointed up. Thank you for posting and thank you for recording the bass so effectively. Now I need one to duplicate their dogs chasing each other for hours on end. 😬
Who's up there and what are they doing?See if you can record them what they look like.Call the police asap listen to me trust me I'm a ex noise consultant from California.
Call the police when they arrive record this noise and your conversation with them then have them come into your apartment and listen to them bang around, when the go up there you follow them while still recording. Confront in front of the police and make a statement.Send this video to management and a civil suit lawyer.
@@glennard very true, just use a set of subwoofers and vlc player, play a subwoofer test audio on loop and hit the ceiling with a 4 lb runner ball when that person should be sleeping
Thats why people get depressed and dont have energy to to anything in life anymore.. at least thats what i feel..
Yup I'm gng through this everyday nd the office don't do crap it's horrible it's so bad sometimes u hear them follow u to the restroom living room
Look how people have to be living these days it’s like no peace anymore and anywhere you live it’s the same drama unless u have your own home.🥺
Sick of crap noisy apartments. Tired of moving
So what is a solution to this problem I am tired of it and also moving is so stressful and costly🧐

Your ceiling is going to crack.
Some of the screws on ceiling are actually come through the drywall now hah
