    Thank you for these tips. Would be nice if you could explain the breathing that goes along with the exercises. Do you breathe in when you relax and out when you contract?

      Thanks for your question - it can be done anytime in pregnancy. The earlier you start, the more you will improve your connection to your pelvic floor, so it is easier for you to control these muscles during labour. Hope this helps!

    I'm almost 30 weeks and I'm in complete agony with a constant cough! I completely soak myself everytime.

      @@annaburke8537 yes it has. I also saw a pelvic floor physio and I have been deep breathing while opening up my belly like a balloon (if that makes sense) to relax and then picking up thr berry while exhaling..she said after 36 weeks to eliminate the kegal (berry pulling)
