Thank you for making this video. I had a hysterectomy at 36 but my ovaries were left in place, immediately quit working, so….menopause at 37. I wish they had removed them because of the chance of cancer. I will remember your symptoms and pay attention in the future. P.S. I loved watching your darling cat.🐈⬛ ❤ My late husband always did the grocery shopping, 🛒 one of the million things I miss about him. 😢
Hi Francine, your video popped up in my feed and because it was about ovarian cancer, I wanted to watch. I'm sorry you've got this cancer and I respect you for choosing how you want to live your life. My mom passed three months after finding out she had ovarian cancer. They said she likely had it for at least 15 years. It makes me angry and frustrated that her own doctor, who she had for all of those years, didn't put two and two together. She had all of the symptoms and the last few years lost a lot of weight. She always complained about bloating, feeling full, problems with her bowels...all of it. The day she was diagnosed, I had come to her apartment because she wasn't feeling well, saying she felt like she couldn't breathe. I took her to her doctor who saw her right away and ordered a chest x-ray. The x-ray tech told us to wait as she went to get a doctor. Her lungs were filling with fluid. She was admitted to hospital that day and that's when it all came to light. I'll never forget. It's been six years and I'm still dealing with feelings of disgust that her doctor missed it for so long. They said there was nothing they could do. I didn't know anything about ovarian cancer until then, I wish I did. So, thank you for your informative video. I'll continue to follow your challenging journey and wish you the best.
Thanks for being here. I'm sorry that happened and for your loss. I have a similar story about my mom and her breast cancer. It took me years to let go of the anger. You will, too, eventually. 💕
It is so UNselfish of you, to share your story and helping others the way you do. By the way, way to go your husband, you deserve flowers 🌸. It is those moments that make life special. Ya know? Getting flowers or eating take out with your husband or a friend. ❤❤ It’s those beautiful moments IMO that outweigh a trip or vacation….its those every day moments😌🙏💜
@@FrancineHasCancer Yes yes 👍🏼 You said it beautifully! You are living a good quality life and I pray for your healing while you continue to do so💜. I believe you have many wonderful experiences ahead of you. You also have a very pragmatic approach to your journey and staying open to spontaneous healing and/or remission. I’ve seen it happen before with a friend of mine. I have seen remission with her own journey and she doesn’t have 1/2 of your (lack of a better word) calmness? Anyway, nobody truly knows their ultimate journey but we are all in the same human experience, no-one is exempt. 😌🙏♥️🌸

Did you have MRI too, or just Ct scan?
PET scans and CT scans. MRIs are not usually called for.
As long as you take a shot after eating that cupcake 😂.
