    Okay so I saw the title and asked chat GPT:
    "How to not get replaced by AI",
    And now I'm going to watch the video and see how similar or different Dan's points are.
    Chat GPT's reply was:
    1.Upskill: Continuously update your skills and knowledge to stay relevant in your field. Focus on developing skills that are difficult to automate.
    8:5514:3818:3524:33
    2. Be adaptable: Be open to learning new technologies and be willing to change your job roles as the industry evolves.
    02:489:4114:5025:05
    3. Develop soft skills: Soft skills like creativity, empathy, and problem solving are difficult to automate and are in high demand.
    7:0817:3021:3827:27
    4. Focus on teamwork: AI can automate tasks but it cannot replace human interaction and collaboration. Emphasize your ability to work effectively with others.
    8:0427:24
    5. Add value: Focus on adding value to your organization and solving complex problems that AI can't yet handle.
    5:075:5211:3214:08
    17:4026:29
    By following these tips, you can make yourself a valuable asset to any organization and reduce the risk of being replaced by AI.

AI comes to mind as an entity that attempts to be flawless and thus ultimately boring and lacking character. Thanks for the nugs Danny boy!

    Working in the "people business" as a coach, what you say resonates deeply with me. There has been a lot of frantic verbal vomiting about how AI is going to kill our existence or purpose. I disagree. Humans want to connect, soul to soul or heart to heart. An AI may be able to emulate what we do at the surface level, but it cannot "see" us the way we want to be seen by other humans (heart-level, I mean).
    I saw a post on LinkedIn about becoming rather AI conductors, which seems more of what will happen in the foreseeable future. It means we have to learn how to use AI to assist us.
    My #1 learning in writing greater content is to practice it and reflect on what resonates, and why. I read other people's content and reflect on what makes their content stand out. Intentionality, reflection and practice. And following your channel. =)

    Very beautiful thank you so much ! I would like to mention that self-branding and self-discovery go hand to hand and must be approached in a calm manner not filled with urgency because the latter can bring fear into the equation and that is just a creativity killer. I say this because I faced this problem so many times, I get new information and I get excited, then overwhelmed then afraid then I end up doing nothing. It’s a universal process even though it is viewed from a personal perspective I would like you to talk about this because I think a lot of people need to know the important aspect of approaching their development calmly and peacefully. It’s a game where everyone is a winner and each individual is a unique expression, and that’s the way it is meant to be. The degree of the development can vary, but it’s okay, it’s not a race it’s a creative expression let’s have fun with it.

    This is a great video. I agree with everything you said. Be extremely authentic and increase your skill level. Amazing writers will never be replaced. @@dino_utube That sounds like a good solutation. I still would ask (without sounding pessimistic) that what if AI could sound more authentic and creative than us, one day well into the future. But I hope you're right. :)

    • @domanicvaldez
      @domanicvaldez ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@socman002 If it ever could (just to entertain the thought) you have to imagine that it would require the separation of human reliance for AI. In other words AI would have to have a level of self sufficiency. It would have to be able to go out and discover things that humans don't know yet. Then it would have to teach the other AI the things they discovered or else humans and AI despite a speed disparity are still on the same playing field of accessible knowledge. Remember at the current stage AI is basic and has many flaws. It will take decades and thousands of minds working on future iterations to somehow make an AI system that has ZERO reliance on us for information. Just my thoughts I myself am a Writer, as well as a myriad of other things. I do not speak in absolutes obviously but I do believe that if we do as Kafka said "seek to not be easily defined" we cannot be automated because we are without a label, title, or position as creative, free & critical thinkers. Good comment on your behalf mate.

    • @socman002

    Some will leverage their creativity on AI such as Chat GPT, and most likely have very positive results. That being said, I also strongly believe that it won't last...not AI but the perceived success creators will have.
    As you rightly said, people crave a human connection, and as much as AI can be complex and accurate, it does not allow for the human element. And soon people will revert to what AI was created to be...a tool, not a substitute!

    Let's add to this an important observation to teach people watching this HOW to learn like this guy since you HAVE to be his equal (except don't think you **need** _looks_ as an aim of your health/fitness - you can want them but you aren't slightly even a worse person if you don't aim for them): one important thing - note where he mentioned about people trying one approach (writing down super specific interests) then getting stressed out when it wasn't working, and then how he then realized he needed to come up with a different approach (specific->broad->different specific). This is MUCH more important for you know than just merely his specific approach to writing, because it is actually showing you HOW he learns and HOW he created these approaches and came to these conclusions. Basically, if you find yourself stressing that something isn't working, IT MAY BE TIME TO DROP IT, step back, and rethink it fundamentally. "Why is this not working? Who can I talk to to find out? _Is everyone else trying this and getting similar problems as I?_ " "Chubbyemu" also, I believe, mentioned something much like that - basically if you're failing at something "fail at it fast" and it means just what I said. Learn to also recognize the _signs_ - including _emotional_ - of that failing.

      What about if you reach the limits of your talent and _can't_ "up your game" anymore?

      @@shimrrashai-rc8fq Good question. I've asked myself that.
      I found out my limits and talents were much higher than I thought. That freed up my mind to flex creative muscles I didn't know I had.
      I wish the same for you. :)

    • @shimrrashai-rc8fq
      @shimrrashai-rc8fq ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AG_before It's very sobering to think about though because it's hard to imagine that's the case for all or even a majority of us. What does that mean about the world? It makes me depressed for so many others?

    • @AG_before
      @AG_before ปีที่แล้ว

      @@shimrrashai-rc8fq I can only comment based on my personal battle with this for about a year, and about a handful of friends (creators). No one can, or should presume to talk in pursuit of the world's 'truth'. I'm 47. I resigned as a Creative Director at an MNO. I thought that was it - the end of further creativity in any aspect of life. Then AI paced up and that hit me even harder.
      I had to learn that embracing this and seeing how I could use it as a medium was the only option. So I did. I ended up not being afraid. And I was given a whole new set of tools to augment my own. That led to new ideation and the invigorating feeling of knowing that I can create more, create differently, and most importantly, find something to keep me fuelled again. Now I know a lot of the limitations I was having were my inaccurate perceptions. That was what was stopping me.
      Believe me, I really thought I didn't have the energy anymore. I didn't have the talent to keep up with the younger generation. I didn't have the knowledge to run the new systems. I thought my family responsibilities and health were what was handicapping me. They weren't. They were making it difficult, sure, but they shouldn't have been handicapping me. 1 of my other friends started presenting creative solutions to the clients' creative problems. She started _innovating_ instead of pursuing perfection, which is paralysis and doesn't exist. She's much more of an asset where she works now than she was 6 months ago.
      The other friend quit his job and has started his own thing. I would be scared because he has no safety net. But he's ecstatic and seems like a young child with endless toys given to him!
      So no, I wouldn't vouch for the world, but I can say for sure that a lot of the ceilings we feel our creative minds have, are reflections of others expectations, and our fear of learning what we're afraid to learn - whatever that may be. Once you get all that noise out of your head, you'll find the space to be free again. It translates to more creativity. I _honestly_ hope you will find the same. It's a beautiful thing to realize and feel.

    So this video is awesome and super informative… My question is though how do you use your content created even if it’s on Twitter to grow on audience if you don’t have an existing audience?

    Thanks for sharing your insights on this Dan. I agree on being authentic, I think the major difference of a sentient AI and a human is the fact that AIs wil always take the most logica path no matter which field. Humans have a certain level in which we still make mistakes. It's the imperfections that we have. An example of this is using image generator tools like Bluewillow, these images are made to be perfect. as to as the creativity of humanss expressing their emotions including the mistakes and imperfections on an art piece.

    As always mindblowing and deep video filled with helpful advices. Thank You Dan!
    But I do have one question though:
    How do you position yourself when you are starting your Twitter journey? I am asking about Twitter bio.
    You mentioned that you have'nt started your personal branding journey untile you failed in your businesses and had something to share with the world.
    So what if I am still solving my own problem? Can I still talk about the importance of getting ripped if I am interested in fitness but have't achieved abs?
    Can I talk about importance of starting my freelancing copywriting career to quit 9-5 when I am struggling to find clients?
    Or should I just wait until I achieve somehting with my life before starting my personal branding journey?

    🤓Thank you for all your content, it’s extremely helpful, especially when you categorize businesses like a mutual fund🤣 my question is after being a hair stylist for 35 years I decided to plug into my two passions, which is nutrition and investing. Do you recommend that I incorporate both concepts in my social media OR create different platforms for each particularly because they are so polar opposite of each other

    Hey @DanKoe , thanks again for another great piece of content and the inherent advice. I realized from your videos that I lack understanding about marketing the most at the point I am at in my journey. What are the best 3 books, specifically tailored to the 1 person business and online marketing, you would recommend for beginners.

    Fantastic advice. Feverishly writing my first tweets! I really appreciate how you promote starting out with content creation by tweeting. I could easily rattle off 10 different tweets today, and everyday for that matter. So much less daunting than starting with blog posts!! I love that you talk about then repurposing the tweets with a wide variety of other methods. Genious. Thank you so much.

      How do you rattle the KIND of tweets that get views and follows though? How do you become a genius at that? I can start up a new Twitter acct and post like 150 tweets and only get 2 follows

    Thanks for this video! I was starting to get a bit discouraged, granted I’ve only been going at it consistently for about 2 weeks but I won’t give up because I don’t want to be working for anyone else. I want to do what I love.
    My content is good, I just need to reach more people. I’m not sure if I should pay to boost my posts or just continue what I’m doing which is following people that talk about what I do and interact with their content.
    A bigger account made a post literally almost identical to mine word for word and got 100x more engagement (this is on twitter) So I know it’s not that my content is bad, I just don’t have the reach yet 😓
