    Well done! Gorgeous trail, we did an out and back in May of this year camping at the Hoffman campground and Tiagdaton. And yes we climbed the Turkey trail and biked to the top of the canyon. Love to do it again.

    Love this trail. Biked it a couple times. But we biked a total of 27 miles in 2 days in the hot sun of August. Pretty sweaty, but the scenery was awesome.

    Hey just wanted to say that I had this video come up in my suggestions last night, and it motivated me to plan a last-minute trip today to make the 2.5 hour drive and finally check out this trail. Thanks for this video and for sharing your love of the outdoors with others. I rode 22.5 miles from Darling Run to just past Cedar Run and back. Was a beautiful day with few others out on the trail.

    Have you guys ever visited Letchworth State Park in New York? That is sometimes call the "Grand Canton of NY" My son and I did a trail run video (see it on my channel) in Letchworth - pretty awesome scenery and waterfalls there. The PA Grand Canyon is great as well. I was less than a half mile into my fist bike ride along Pine Creek and saw a bear cross the trail.

    We rode this trail in 2022. At the southern end of the canyon is a VERY NICE Bed & Breakfast called Ludwig's Trailside. It is right along the trail. We rode north up through the canyon. It is beautiful with the trail in great shape and plenty wide. There is a restroom about every 8-10 miles.

    Does the pine creek restrict class 2 ebikes from being on there?

    • @Adventuresonebikes
      @Adventuresonebikes  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They state they only allow Class 1 ebikes. But I've never seen anyone in "authority" out policing anything related to the types of bikes people ride on any of the trails we've been on. When you think about it, it's pretty impractical, and a huge waste of resources. Someone would have to pull the bike over to even figure out what it was I would think. So I wouldn't worry about it. Thanks for watching and happy trails.

    • @Adventuresonebikes
      @Adventuresonebikes  ปีที่แล้ว

      The part we rode was very flat. It was more of a packed dirt trail than anything else. I'm not sure I would want to ride this with skinny road bike tires, but you probably can.

    • @Adventuresonebikes

      The trail is finely crushed stone and dirt. It is tightly packed, so you may be able to ride it with a road bike.

    can you take the bikes up the turkey path to the lookout?

    • @Adventuresonebikes
      @Adventuresonebikes  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As I recall, the path is narrow and has a lot of stairs. The stairs probably weren’t more than 3 feet wide either. So unless there is another way up there, the bikes need to stay at the bottom. Thanks for watching.
